With an affluent mining history, the village now plays host to numerous activities and attractions, making it the ideal location for a family holiday. Discover the history of Amlwch and its copper mining tradition on the Heritage Copper Trail, part of the beautiful 125 mile coastal path that winds its way along the coast of Anglesey, or visit the Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys, and see the red, yellow and purple rocks, which some say resemble the surface of the Moon.
