"So clean and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail."
Lucy the owner was really concerned when we couldn't get the fire or heating to work in the main room. She quickly sorted the fire issue and called a electrician to come the next day for the heating. She was so open and friendly and kept checking we were OK.

"The Granary is a fantastic cottage."
It was easy to find, and very private being down a lane from the A44, so it was quite and peaceful.
On arrival at the cottage, the instructions worked well and the security gate gave peace of mind. The first glimpse into cottage is of a place that was clean, tidy, well maintained and very welcoming. During the stay, it displayed how much care and attention to detail had been give to the cottage at the time of set up and with the ongoing presentation. The addition of local books and leafets were great.
Tom and Lucy who lived at the property were discreet in the way they were not intrusive, but were there is required, were very friendly and had pride in their holiday cottage, I would recommend it 100%, thank you very much for a great holiday base.

"This is probably the most spacious 2 person cottage we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in quite a few around the country)."
Its location was excellent for exploring the northern Cotswolds. Its facilities were excellent and we would certainly consider staying there again.

"The property was easy to access and the owners - who live onsite - extremely friendly."
The property was clean, tidy and had everything anyone could need, however we only used the toaster and microwave as all meals we had, were at local restaurants etc, only having snacks at the property, so we are unable to comment on any other of the kitchen utilities.
One of the best things for me in a holiday is to have a good nights sleep and with the bed at the property, one certainly has that as it has the most comfortable mattress, that we have slept in at any holiday cottage over the years.
For anyone wishing a happy holiday stay, then this is the place for you.

It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment anyone could need the owners Tom & Lucy were usually available for any questions.
This lead to very relaxing stay in a beautiful place

"It was a lovely cottage, very comfortable and with everything we needed."
The booking was straightforward (thank you Sykes), all the instructions on how to access the property were easy to follow. The owners were very friendly and we had some lovely fresh eggs from their chickens to greet us, including a daily visit from one of the chickens during our stay! We did have one disturbed night when a smoke detector started beeping due to low battery and we would normally have been able to sort it ourselves but the ceiling was very high and beyond our reach. The following morning we saw the owner in the yard and mentioned it and he immediately came and sorted it. I would gladly recommend this property, the owners and the area, which we were already familiar with. They even arranged wonderful weather for us!! An all round wonderful holiday.

"Lovely conversion that has been done really well to make for a most comfortable stay."
Generally it is very well fitted and maintained and has a good level of equipment and the necessary utensils.
The owners ask for and give privacy which is excellent yet they are at hand if needed.
The cottage is well situated for all the surrounding area and we would have no hesitation to recommending it to anyone looking for a good value and excellent property in lovely area.

"We had a wonderful holiday."
The cottage was meticulous and beautifully decorated throughout.
The accommodation is very spacious, well equipped, also extremely secure as it is accessed through electric gates. It also benefited from having a private patio at the rear.
Lucy and Tom are lovely hosts and added an extra special touch by providing fresh eggs from their own hens.
We would definitely recommend this cottage.

"We had originally asked about another property at the very last minute which was un available."
From this point on Sykes we’re so professional, phoning and ensuring we found another property, and how lucky we were! This all new holiday rental on the farm was well appointed and despite being on the farm we were fully independent to visit the surrounding areas. I would fully recommend both Sykes and this rental, excellent value for money. Thank you to all.

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds, which is a beautiful area of the UK. Close enough to RIAT to travel but far enough away to not hear to aircraft noise.

Bright, clean and modern with all essential household items included. Small and private sitting-out area outside. I didn't get to do as much I had hoped during my week due to extreme heatwave but would suggest Broadway as a worthwhile place to visit (lots of independent shops). Cottage owners were friendly and non-intrusive. I would recommend The Granary to others visiting the area.

The owners, who live on site, are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The cottage was ideally positioned for everywhere that we wished to go. One of the very best that we have stayed in over the past 30 years. We shall be returning.

"A very big ‘thank you’ to our hosts, Lucy and Tom, who made our first visit to the Cotswolds a most memorable and enjoyable time."
The Granary, at Field Farm, proved to be an excellent base for all our adventures and came fully equipped for all our needs. The accommodation is an excellent, clean, spacious and most definitely a very relaxing place to spend some down time and really helped to recharge our batteries - helped by the ‘occasional’ G&T! The nearby Wayside farm shop and tearoom was an added bonus during our visit. We have already recommended the Granary to some of our neighbours and friends and we are already looking forward to our next visit next year.

The Granary is a well thought out, beautiful barn conversion, with all the mod cons and well equipped for cooking if you wanted to stay in.
Even though its based off a busy road, you didn't hear any traffic noise which was great.
Lucy and Tom were wonderful hosts, left some lovely extra's for us and even allowed us to take some eggs from their chickens. They have a good knowledge of the local area and were great at getting back to us when we had questions during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will hopefully be back again.

"Considering we were Tom and Lucy's 2nd couple to stay since they took the business on, they have nailed it from the start."
Lovely welcome from Lucy in person and bread, milk cake and wine in the property. A very spacious, clean and well appointed holiday retreat. It's close to the A44 but no traffic noise was noticed. Probably the best we have stayed in over the years.
