• "Apartment was well appointed with everything required."

  Location was excellent with lots to do & see within a 20 mile radius. One minor point. Instructions for various items were stored in 3 different places. Would have been better if they had been put in a ring binder and clearly marked, would have save time searching for them, similar to the binders used to advertise your other locations

• "The flat is lovely and location is superb but the nights were terrible."

  There is a kennels very close housing packs of hunting dogs that howl and fight all thru the night. It makes for terrible sleeping. Such a shame as the place is lovely .For the £800 a week I would have expected to have been relaxed .

• "Because of a late cancellation (evening before departure) on your part, the only alternative option in Broadway was a twin level apartment with no private outdoor space which we originally chose having a small dog."

  It proved completely inappropriate for our needs. Otherwise the accommodation was fine.

  Hello Trevor, how unfortunate your original booking was cancelled at the last minute. I’m glad the accommodation was fine. The only outside space is the parking for Tree Tops. I have a small dog myself and for this reason I purchased Tree Tops because Broadway is such a dog friendly village and there are some stunning walks just a few steps away from the front door. • "Tree Tops was ideal for our short stay."

  The dedicated parking space was invaluble as we could leave the car all day without charge, while visiting attractions on foot. The only minor problem was the discovery that the can opener was broken, which we recorded in the maintenance book.

• "Excellent in all aspects for holiday accommodation!"

  The apartment is ideally situated for Broadway highstreet and the allocated car parking space is only a few yards from the door. The apartment is to a very high standard and we cannot fault it on anything. It really was a pleasure to stay there. We do intend returning there in the near future! In addition to the excellent accommodation and location we were also pleased to meet Harry, the next door neighbour, who kindly advised re cafes and restaurants, and informing us of the local history, especially the hounds.

• "What can I say?"

  That holiday was the best. The property was amazing and the location was to die for.Hardly needed the car which was a treat. There are so many places within walking distance for coffee and food. It really was a wonderful rest. Thankyou . 1 teeny thing I would say is...a washing up bowl wouldn't go amiss.

  Slight issue with the sloping ceiling in the bathroom if you are reasonably tall, but it didn't detract from our stay. Great position within the village & the parking space was a real bonus.

• "Excellent location and lovely accommodation with everything you need."

  Only issue was noise at night which kept us awake. It was windy which caused a lot of noise in the the roof space and with the external extractor flap. We had 2 very disturbed nights which was a shame as the bed was really comfortable.

  Also thank you so much for the Christmas decorations that were put up for us. It felt very Christmassy. It was great to have a car parking space too. Broadway car park was extremely busy. Not surprisingly as Broadway is a wonderful village.

• "Lovely apartment in a great location."

  We had great trips out to Hidcote, Kiftsgate, Sudeley Castle and Snowshill Manor. The Butchers in Broadway, the Deli and the Co-Op, all within a short walk, supplied all our needs. Plus great walks on the doorstep. We also managed to cater for a get together for 4 nurses who trained with my wife in Oxford several years ago and all still live near enough to join us.

  Completed the walk from Snowshill > Stanway > Stanton > Snowshill. Lots of visits to beautiful villages. Couldn't ask for a better, well equipped, comfortable place to stay.

• "Overall a great stay but changing a few things could have made it outstanding."

  The directions for the carpark weren’t great. Having a carpark opposite confused us initially as it was dark when we got there and we incorrectly assumed the space was on there. Milk was a lovely touch but it’s use by date was the date we arrived and we would have welcomed a few tea bags particularly with us not knowing the area and it being quite late when we got there. Shortbread was lovely. Thank you! An information pack about the apartment and surroundings would have helped. The heating didn’t come on on our second morning which we sorted but then we couldn’t switch it off before bed. This made the bedroom very hot which we remedied by switching the radiator off eventually. Lastly we would have welcomed knowing that we could have accessed the high street from either the public path at the end of the street or by going through the courtyard. Getting there in the dark didn’t help and once we realised we did feel pretty stupid. We then fully appreciated the location and for that reason would use the property again. It was so peaceful. Being above a hairdressers we did expect to hear them a bit but we didn’t hear a peep so don’t let that put you off

Our pre-arrival information pack gives detailed directions to the free allocated parking space that is directly in front of the property. The owner has provided a local information pack can be found in the property, due to many local business’ choosing to not print flyers and go green, there may be some out-of-date programme, all local information and details of tourist attractions can be found online. Any guests visiting the property have full control over the heating, and instructions are available in the information pack. We have also passed the other issues raised onto the properties management company. We’re thrilled to hear that once you’d figured out the location, you started to appreciate the area. • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the splendid Xmas decorations."

  The bench at the dining table must be for decoration only it was so uncomfortable. As already mentioned the settee was so slippery it wasn’t easy to relax but these minor issues would not stop us returning or recommending this property which was very well situated for our needs.

• "This is a great property in one of the prettiest villages we visited in the Cotswolds."

  The apartment has a big fully fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a pretty sizeable living space. Due to the nature of the building the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are smaller but did not feel cramped. The location of the property is pretty sweet, just a few moments walk from all the shops, restaurants etc. There are a number of good walks around the countryside that allow a few days of car-free enjoyment and an opportunity to see some of the closer villages. Check-in and contact with the hosts was flawless and onsite-parking was a bonus.
