  • "Great pied-à-terre for a couple - we spent a week exploring, planning to move to the area for retirement in 2025."

    Good: price, included energy, simple but sufficient cooking facilities. Very comfortable bed. To improve: the bedroom corner with the mirror is so dark, making it impossible for a lady to do hair and make-up. Easily solved with some white paint and a vanity light strip from Ikea. The pans and plates and cutlery had traces of food on them. We washed all we used thoroughly, before and after use, but did not wash items that we did not use. The shared parking space is problematic - the tenants of the other cottage need to be made aware of the arrangement. We came back to find a vehicle parked rather inconsiderately in the middle of the 2 bays. Many people would realise the need to park carefully to allow others to use the adjacent space, but clearly some need it explaining in simple terms.

  • "Very comfortable cottage in a village with some lovely country walks for the dog and a good base for visiting the Cotswolds."

    Westonbirt Arboretum only a few miles away. Bathroom could do with the refresh. Otherwise, everything you could need is provided. Easy off road parking. Enjoyed our welcoming sweet treats, thank you.

Be welcomed by the pretty exterior of the cottage, parking off-road and entering into a charming open-plan living space sporting contemporary grey décor and wooden roof beams throughout.

This characterful space boasts a stylish kitchen with ample amenities, great for cooking up a storm, which can be enjoyed as a romantic meal for two at the dining table.

When the evening draws to a close, settle down into the sitting area with a glass of your favourite beverage and reflect on your day's adventures.

When sleep calls, freshen up in a bathroom with either a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower, before settling down into the king-size bedroom, where care has been taken to create a lovely homely feel.

Crudwell Cottages

Crudwell Cottages is a charming pairing of two single-storey cottages resting in the countryside village of Crudwell. Ideal for exploring Wiltshire and the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, each cottage has been tastefully outfitted to accommodate a couple. Both properties benefit from off-road parking with an outdoor sitting space, ideal for coffee in the sunshine. From here, both sport open-plan living spaces with contemporary furniture and ample amenities, with a well-fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Both properties sport a super-king-size zip/link bed which can be set up as a twin on request, as well as a bathroom with the option of a soak in the tub or a shower. Crudwell is a small village offering a selection of amenities including a local post office where guests can stock up on essentials and two pubs, including the Potting Shed Pub and the Wheatsheaf Inn. For more amenities, head over to Cirencester, where there is a greater selection of pubs, eateries and a local museum, or Swindon, where there are several parks, independent stores and a rock climbing centre. A beautiful village set on the east coast of Scotland in Aberdeenshire. Cruden Bay is built around breathtaking fields as well as many historical buildings including the well-known Slains Castle on the outskirts, which you can visit. This small village is a great base for a holiday as it provides a shop, Post Office, Chinese takeaway and a pub, not to mention an incredible beach. Cruden Bay is also home to a golf course, that is consistently ranked inside the world’s top 50; recognised as a architectural masterpiece for its dramatic dunes and stunning sea views. Nearby there are some fantastic places that you need to visit. Peterhead offers a great selection of shops and restaurants, as well as many things to do and see including a museum.
