The situation is ideal for the beach and the centre of Charmouth. The apartment is comfy and cozy and Madeline the owner is very welcoming and provided us with a lovely welcome pack.

"Lovely little bolthole, very generous "welcome pack," and has everything you need for a comfortable stay."
Idea position for easy access to the beach, via a public footpath. Very friendly welcome from the host, she even phoned me on the day of arrival, to say the apartment was available early if we wanted to get settled in. Second time we've been and will be going back.

The owner, Madeline, has thought of everything and the apartment is spotless, cosy and fully equipped. The welcome pack is amazing. It is ideally situated for exploring the local area, only a short walk to the world famous fossil beach.
Nothing is too much trouble for Madeline.

"A nicely maintained and well equipped apartment."
It has its own entrance and was wonderfully quiet, with the added bonus of off-road parking (ample space for a large car). Great location: less than 15 minute walk to Charmouth beach and just 5 minutes to a friendly pub (The George) selling local beers and good food (another good pub, the Royal Oak, about 15 minutes walk away). Also within a few minutes walk are local stores, take-away, bakery, and buses to Lyme Regis and beyond. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very generous welcome pack and we were encouraged to make use of the owner's lovely river-side garden. Would definitely return to Bridge House Apartment when next visiting Charmouth and the beautiful Jurassic coast.

"We have been returning most years to Bridge House Apartment since our first stay in 2003 - if it was anything less than perfect we wouldn't go back!"
The owner provides everything needed, including a much appreciated Welcome Pack for refreshments on arrival and breakfast next morning! The apartment is immaculately clean and only a few minutes very pleasant walk to the beach. Can't rate this accomodation highly enough.

Comprehensive welcome pack, parking right outside front door.
Flat was warm and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, friendly owner, our dog was made very welcome.
This holiday property is a little gem perfect for a couple or young family.
Hope to return soon, we always do this type of holiday with our dog and cannot reccomend Bridge house flat more highly

"The apartment was well contained and comfortable, there was everything we needed."
It is located close to the beach and local facilities and we had a wonderful few days. The hosts were on hand if needed and really welcoming as was the cream tea when we got there - yummy! Fossil hunting tools were stored in the lobby for us to use, which was a bonus. Will definately return and recommend to others.

"We really loved staying at Bridge House Apartment - a real home from home which is really well equiped and the best & tastiest welcome goodies ever."
Madeline is the most welcoming and helpful host with lots of suggestions on local places to visit. The beautiful and secure garden was brilliant for our dog and being close to the beach great for the kids. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again.
