  • "The property itself is a lovely cottage."

Unfortunately on arrival the property was extremely dirty. We had to immediately go to the local supermarket to purchase cleaning materials and spent the first two hours cleaning the property. I wish I had taken photographs. The toilets were in a dire state, we had to wash crockery/cutlery, clean out the fridge from spilt products, clean the kitchen and dust the house. It was a very disappointing start to our holidays. The cleaners on this occasion have really let your company down. The house itself is lovely, light and spacious. Would be good to put a note in the book about the games in the otterman style cabinet. We only found them on the morning we were leaving. Overall a lovely stay but as previously mentioned the cleanliness let it down.

Sorry to hear about the cleanliness - which surprised us as it is usually so good. Glad that otherwise you enjoyed the house and your holiday,. Property Owner
