Thanks for the feedback we have checked all the plugs and they are all in working order.
For those who follow you, in the bathrooms, there is a small button on the back of the water spout that inputs and extract the plug. In the kitchen, you just twist the plug a few degrees and push down to seal it.

"We really enjoyed our time at 12 Combehaven."
It provided us with everything we needed in a lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location to enjoy everything Salcombe had to offer. We had a wonderful time. We have to mention the exceptional service that was provided on the Sunday when the fridge freezer broke down. After reporting it and going out, we returned to find a replacement had been installed. Very impressive customer care. Thank you.

"We had a wonderful stay at 12 Combehaven."
We have stayed in the complex before and this is by far our favourite flat (even if the single beds are not as firm as the double bed).
The flat is very clean throughout, well equipped, comfortable and cosy.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped & very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee & listening to the birds! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
You are more than welcome and it is lovely to hear your comments. Coffee on the balcony; we love too albeit have to confess to a bacon roll with the coffee.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Ideal position in Salcombe , just a short walk into the hub of the town and would be a great bonus in season having parking. We really enjoyed the spa passes and used the pool there most days to ease our aching legs from the beautiful coastal walks we did.

"This is the second time staying here and we were not disappointed, the attention to detail is second to none, even to the point of relaying carpets to remove a stain left by previous tenants to ensure for us a continuous high standard, which was done on the day of our arrival without any fuss ."

Thank you for spending another week with us. It is lovely that you say without fuss - it was meant to feel like that but was a little stressful to get carpets relayed in 5 hours. Reality was we had great support from Coast and Country, Start Point Flooring and our team who are always so superb on “change over day” and are regularly mentioned on this post..

"Well maintained spacious apartment with lovely views and in a great location, with just a 10 minute walk into town."
For those unfamiliar with Salcombe it is very hilly and there is a very steep hill from town up-to the accommodation. This can be made a little easier using the steps up from the street below. There is also a pay and display car park at the bottom of the hill by the Co-op. The apartment has 2 allocated parking spaces which is a huge bonus and a lift if required. The apartment has been well furnished and had been cleaned to a high standard. It had everything needed for a home away from home comfortable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

"Great property for my birthday."
So peaceful, wonderful views. The use of the spa was such a bonus. We were blessed with gorgeous weather for February so walked to South Sands, Hope Cove and ate great meals too. Handy tip for owner - The draught in the main bedroom and lounge from the patio doors made it very cold, gaps at bottom of doors. Discovered no draught strips on them. Could help having them put on and save energy for owner too. Thank you for a truly special break.

"The property was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed."
As there were only 2 of us we didn’t use the second bathroom and bedroom but loved the cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. We would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate returning.

"Only downside with our stay was the building encased in scaffolding which we were informed of was due to come down prior to our stay but that no work was going on ."
... Workmen did appear from the Monday and were carrying out work privacy was compromised which we thought should have been explained to us giving us the option to choose another property

Unfortunately due to the great British weather delays can happen and we were unaware this would be the situation for your visit. The scaffolding has now been fully removed and the property is looking rejuvenated following the repainting of the external of the building ahead of the Christmas and New Year period.

"The property was very clean, very comfortable and was especially well equipped kitchen wise."
Exactly as it was described in the brochure.
We would definitely pick this apartment again for the above reasons.
Sadly, due to technical reasons from the Property Mangement Company ( not Coast and Country/ Sykes. ) there were issues, and full use of our balcony was prohibited and limited our views of the estuary.
Coast and Country did compensate us for this, but it still impacted on our holiday.

"Beautiful property clean and comfortable."
Situated in a nice position with views over the water. Undercover parking for unloading luggage very handy. The use of a lift was very welcome All in all a beautiful apartment in a lovely setting..

Added bonus having passes to use the spa facilities at Harbour view hotel every day was the icing on the cake!

"Lovely apartment."
Great location for access to Salcombe, as long as you are fit. Lots of hills in the small area.
Would be good if the apartment would include some basics such as salt and pepper mills and a teapot. Some strange happening with the standard and table lamps. Sometimes they wouldn't work and often flickered.
Bed linen and towels all lovely and of a very high standard.

Surely key safes could be used.
