  • "Bed really comfortable."

Excellent shower. Good layout to downstairs. Need to update key pickup location. Parking a bit tricky for a large estate. Black out curtain for the bedroom would be a good move. Had a great week here. Thanks.

  • "We stayed for 5 nights 26 to 1 July in Captains Lookout."

We had a wonderful week. Sean was a fantastic host and a great character and we receive a warm welcome from him. He walked us round the cottage pointing out everything we needed to know. There was a very informative information pack to browse through that related to everything you could possibly need. The cottage is ideally situated for all the major locations along south Devon and is within walking distance of Blackpool Sands and the village has a great pub. The cottage is so relaxed and feels like home from home. Ideal for couples like us with small dog, or young family old enough for bunk beds. We loved it and will certainly return.

  • "Perfect holiday cottage and exactly what we needed."

Perfect location, everything is within easy reach just a short walk to Blackpool Sands from the house, a few minutes walk to the centre of the village, where a local shop can be found. The house has everything one might need. The bed was very comfortable. The owners, Sean & Tinah were super attentive and lovely, ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would stay again, and would recommend anyone looking for a place in Devon to stay here.
