• "The accommodation was amazing, really high standard and attention to detail for all requirements."

  Location was superb, I will never tire of the view from the bay window to have a morning coffee. The details for check in and out was very clear and the parking space was an added bonus. It could be a little noisy in the front bedroom until quite late at night but the benefits definitely outweigh this. I would not hesitate in booking again with Sykes or at this property.

  Many thanks for choosing to stay at Three @36, and so glad that you enjoyed the amazing view, a view that you can never tire off, and sit in the window and admire it all day. So glad that you found that check in and out were clear. Yes the private parking space is a real bonus for guests, as trying to find on street parking in the height of the season is so difficult, and local car parking charges have now got so expensive.   Wow on entering blown away not only by the view but also the appartment it is outstanding Thank You for the milk AND HAMPER BOX AND THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY AT NUMBER 3 ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS 4 O CLOCK CHECK IN WHICH MOST HOLIDAY PROPERTY HAS TIME YOU GET IN AND SETTLE IN MOST OF DAY AS GONE

  Many thanks for choosing to stay at Three@36, being one of our first guests, yes the view over the bay is certainly outstanding and a WOW factor, and glad that you appreciated the quality of the apartment, and the hamper provided by Dorset Happy Hampers, a new company we are pleased to be working with, who use source locally produced products. Unfortunately the 4.00 o'clock check in is out of our control, and is usual for self catering property, allowing the house keeping team time to clean and prepare the apartment for new guests.   We can safely say that Three@36 is the best. Aside from it's excellent location (an unrivalled view of the bay), we really appreciated the little details that are so often overlooked such as the well stocked cutlery/utensils. The welcome hamper was also a lovely touch. Three@36 was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped plus the private car parking was a huge bonus also. We would certainly return.

  First of all many thanks for booking Three@36, and your excellent feedback on the property. We put a lot of time and effort in trying to create the "perfect" holiday home. The view over the bay is superb, with its ever changing scenery. So glad you appreciated all the little extras that are there. The welcome hampers are from a new company "Dorset Happy Hampers" who source locally produced products, and provide milk in a bottle!! We are pleased to be working with them. The private parking, behind an electrically operated roller shutter, is an added bonus, and means you never have to worry about parking. We certainly look forward to welcoming you back to No 36.
