  The welcome pack was extremely generous. Cathy we tried to say 'Good bye' but assume you were out . As we wrote in your visitors book Westmount is 'Simply the best' ! We would like to return in 2025.

• "This was our 4th visit and will not be our last."

  The welcome pack is still out of this world and you have everything you need on your first night and beyond. Westmount is clean and very comfortable like home from home. It was nice to see Cathy and her dog Sophie, our dog Rocky had a lovely time racing up and down the beautiful garden with Sophie. All being well we hope to come back next year.

  Really enjoyed staying at this peaceful annexe in Ryde It was perfect for two adults and two small dogs, close to bus stops which was handy as we decided to travel by public transport Had everything we needed, excellent welcome pack and the shower is great Looking forward to visiting again

• "The property has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing break."

  With enough food in the fridge on arrival that you needn’t rush off immediately looking for a supermarket. Ideal location for anyone who doesn’t want to use a car. With a network of car-free bike routes and footpaths leading all over the island. There are also regular bus services which will take you the length and breadth of the island for just a £2 single fare at the present.

  A lovely surprised when we opened the fridge; great welcome pack. Property was lovely and spacious, our only issue was the television; signal not great on some channels and we logged onto the wifi on first day, but had no connection the rest of the stay. Which in a way was quite nice :) Definitely recommend and return

  It is nicely furnished and suits our needs with the dog. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. TV was "iffy" even though we followed the instructions concerning only using the arrows to navigate channels. This really wasn't of great significance to us as we were either out visiting or had visitors each evening. Will definitely look to book again for our next visit.

  Had a great time , the property is ideally situated to get out and about. However you photo of the garden is very miss leading as it is the owners garden and not the one attached to the property. We were already aware as we had booked through a previous agent.

• "The Annex was spotlessly clean,the welcome pack was out of this world it had everything you needed."

  The bed was very comfortable had good nights sleep. It provided everything you needed like lots of tea towels and towels etc and also they left chews for the dog which was thoughtful. The reason we did not give full marks because the garden in the advert showed a very large garden which we could not use. A very small patio came with the Annex was too small for the dog to exercise (lovely sun trap). Unfortunately I had to exercise the dog first thing in the morning and last thing at night (round the block). If we had not had the dog we would have given it top marks.

  The accommodation is ideal for 2 people with lots of homely touches. The kind owners had supplied an unexpected welcome pack containing some essentials and some treats. We enjoyed our break on the Island but will remember next time to check if the Isle of Wight Festival is on at the same time!
