The property is extremely clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. Renovations are of a very high standard. The property is fully equipped with kitchen accessories, home from home .A welcome pack including tea. coffee. milk ,sugar ,cake and wine, was very much appreciated. I can not find fault with this dwelling , Thank you

"Beautiful location and lovely clean comfortable cottage."
The view from the cottage is stunning. So many nice thoughtful touches. I had 2 dogs with me that needed to go on lead outside as there isn't a private enclosed garden but along the track and a short distance down a very quiet road was a lovely walk through the woods. A little waterproof shelter or box outside the door for muddy boots would have been appreciated. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay.

Was lovely looking over the lake. The only things I would say needs improving is the blind needs to be thicker as it let's light in and the bed is a little hard

The owners have supplied and thought of every little detail , and on arrival we had mince pies, bottle of wine and a xmas card , which I thought was a lovely touch . All I can say it was outstanding and perfect. Thank you for a lovely holiday .

"Me & my partner have just spent a week here with are cockapoo, we came here for a little break before we have are son in a few months time."
Everything about this stay was pretty perfect! The place was beautiful, the views were beautiful! It was so quiet, cosy and homely. Everything you needed was there for you.. coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, pans, hoover, brush, mop, Everything really. We shall definitely be booking again once are son arrives!

Had a lovely week on the Old Cart House,it was extremely comfortable, and exceptionally clean, everything we needed was there, the owners were friendly and offered advice on the surrounding area, the only thing we found missing was somewhere to rinse the dogs down after muddy outings

"The cottage was beautiful, minimalistic with everything you could need."
It was spotlessly clean with views that just speak for themselves. The view was from the patio doors and the bedroom window. There was all the pots pans and crockery you could need, even an ironing board should you need. Leaflets and maps of local area and a couple of books on local history. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and will recommend to everyone. If your looking for total peace, views and walks this is ideal
