"The mattress was very soft and a little uncomfortable but apart from that the cabin has great facilities and is perfect for a holiday and the location is great."
The beach is only a short walk away and the bay has great facilities and the food and Ice cream shops are excellent, It's our second time visiting and we would definitely visit again. Contact with the owners and site is first class. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone.

"We enjoyed our stay at Clarach Bay."
However, the cleaning of the Cabin on arrival was very poor and I felt the need to clean it on arrival myself. We found several smelly socks around from the previous guests and the crockery and cutlery was all dirty, so i had to clean it all. It wasn't the most relaxing start to my holiday. The cleaners had opened the windows and popped fans on for our arrival, which was nice as it was a very hot day. The cabin looks much bigger in the pictures but it was ok for us. We had an issue with the door on the childs bedroom but the owners were quick to sort this. The facilities on the site were nice and staff very friendly. There were lots of lovely days out nearby, we enjoyed the railway to devils bridge to see the waterfalls. We also went on a boat trip to see dolphins, but unfortunately we didnt spot any. It was still a nice ride though. The coastal walk to Aberystwyth was pretty too and the cliff top railway. Sophies cafe had lovely lunches and the Seafront Palace Chinese was lovely for a takeaway. All in all, apart from the cleaning being poor, and the double bed being springy, we enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and helpful. The children loved their holiday and were sad to come home.
We were very sorry to read this feedback and can only apologise. We weren't aware of these issues until you had left and would have tried to resolve them if we had known. We have since spoken to the cleaner as we want the highest standard of cleanliness for our guests. Kind regards, Teresa and Henry Property Owner

"Absolutely lovely chalet which is positioned above the rest of the holiday village giving a view to the sea."
It was very quiet which is what we wanted. The cabin looks bigger on the pictures however it was still plenty for a weekwnd away. My husband is 6ft2 and was comfortable. We decided he had the back room as the bed isnt a true double, which can be expected in a cabin, and I took the sofa, which turns into a pull out bed. The cabin is well equiped and the cosy electric fire really warmed the cabin up very quickly. The bath is about the length of an arm and we didnt feel the need to bathe, however for other people its probably good to know its not one you can lay down in. Loved the decor and the 3 wifi was as good as at home, where we have broadband. Communication with the Cabin owners was brilliant, they even had the cleaner warm the olaxe up for our arrival, which was very kind. The staff on site were lovely, even opening up the shop for my husband. This was our first stay here and it was romantic and lovely for our anniversary. Our dog, Scruffy came with us, and there was enough room for her bed and bowls without getting in the way, and shes a large Mioritic Shepherd. Very nice stay, and well definitely book again.

"Directions to the property received from Sykes needs to be updated as the Reception is located on the seafront."
We enjoyed our stay but the chalet could be provided with more storage.

"Fabulous cabin."
Great view and a really enjoyable week.

"The cabin was nice and the site was nice but the facilities that were there, did not operate successfully."
On checking in at Reception we were told the Showboat did take away and deliveries and Sunday Lunch. We rang on the Saturday to book for Sunday and were told they would not be doing them. Also wanted a Delivery during the week but were told they may be too busy and that the kitchen was closed for maintenance. None of this was advertised or advised on beforehand. Also if shops were not busy, they would shut before the closing times.

"The cabin was in a great position on the edge of a very tidy clean site, with a Good view over the valley."
The interior exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for our short break. Soft furnishings were like everything very clean. Bedding was spotless and including duvets and pillows. Lots of choice to keep children busy and safe on site, again all v clean and tidy. Good beach with lifeguards in attendance. Would visit again and recommend to friends.

"Very nice house, close to the beach, you can see the sea from the terrace."
To aberywyth about 1/2 hour walk, but the views from the cliff along the way are breathtaking. Everything you need in a house. I recommend

Very comfortable and homely. Would definitely recommend.

"Fantastic holiday, beautiful picturesque views, peaceful location, the cabin was fanstastic, very comfortable home from home, they provide you with everything you need and more, I will be highly recommend to friends and family!"
Only 1 thing that is listed on the features which is misleading, broadband/WiFi, you have to pay at reception on arrival for this if you want it, it is not included. Apart from that 10/10 excellent holiday!! :)

"We normally travel Tenby way but decided to go North for a change."
The cabin was fantastic with views over the site and coast. We were very lucky with the weather and spent some time in Aberystwyth sight seeing . we could have done with more time there so we will defiantly visit again.
