"We’ve just returned from a three generation break at the property."
The situation of the property is amazing, beautiful views out to sea and a balcony to enjoy on the third floor, even in October.
We had two issues whilst at the property which were both dealt with promptly and efficiently, the communication in particular from the management team was excellent.
My only complaint would be that the crockery is lacking.
There are just the six bowls suitable for dessert and cereal, no serving dishes or anything suitable to cook a baked dish in apart from one smallish rectangular pyrex dish which isn’t large enough for six people, and nothing available to mix any ingredients in or to serve a salad.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

"Not enough crockery, glasses, no tea pot - we were only two and it was just enough for us!"
!! Fabulous outlook and sea view but not a great position in terms of resort. The town is run down and has no "visitor/tourist" features. Good base for visiting Nth Wales coast and Snowdon.
A welcome pack of bread, milk and local biscuits/cake would have been great.

"A lovely property with a fantastic view."
The balcony was amazing. Great location for the beach and the amenities in Pwllheli.
Although we enjoyed our stay we felt there we things lacking in the property. There was only 6 of everything meaning you had to keep washing up. There were no serving spoons or dishes and only one baking tray
The one bedroom had no towels but we did find 3 used towels in the master wardrobe
The garden was desperately in need of some TLC

"Perfect location for those that love the sea and the beach, just cross the road and you're on the beach."
Very peaceful area but not much other than the beach though in the immediate vicinity so a 10 mins walk into Pwllheli for pubs and shops.
The property was lovely, very spacious and the balcony was a perfect suntrap.
It includes some great facilities, dishwasher/washing machine, 3
bath/shower rooms, patio furniture, and the upside down layout maximises the views.
We did find some bits of things left from previous occupants (underwear, toys and dirty cutlery) so perhaps needs a slightly more thorough clean in between guests. But nothing we couldn't sort out ourselves and it was generally clean and tidy.
Be aware if you are sensitive to high pitched noises the hive heating plug emits a constant noise which we had to muffle with the oven gloves!
Enjoyed our stay and our walks on the beach so would definitely stay again.

"It's well presented, clean & comfortable."
We loved the location next to beach & that we could take our dog . The beds were soo comfortable, 3 great bathrooms & the balcony was great for the sea view. Also saw a bat one evening

"We had a lovely time and a very comfy stay."
There wasn't any dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid there, (did say in the spec there was) so we just had to go and get some. The balcony is great and will be a great sun trap in the summer.The location is great to get around North Wales. Would definitely go back again.

"Fab place, having the living area on the top floor was great to be able to sit on the balcony with the (very close) sea view & great to hear the waves."
Lots of walks straight from the door, which was handy with the dog. Very spacious & clean, loved the super king size bed, more comfy than mine at home. Didn't need the heating on, despite it being March & quite cool outside at times, a very warm house. Asda, Iceland & a few essential shops in walking distance as well as the usual seaside ones & Welsh unique ones too. Contact during the stay was efficient & they answered immediately about a small issue we had. Could do with some better cooking utensils as the plastic masher bends when you use it, also needs a bread knife & a heat pad for putting pans on straight from the oven. We used a bath mat by the patio doors so we weren't bringing wet in from outside as all the shoes were left downstairs.
Places with a visit:
The Ty Coch Inn (Morfa Nefyn), The Tin Man (Llanbredroch), The Ship Inn (Llanbredroch) Y Madryn Inn (Chwillog), all of which are dog friendly, just to name a few.
A great find, would definitely stay again if in the area.

"We stayed here from 17th-24th February and we absolutely loved the house."
It’s so cosy and warm. The sea view is beautiful and really makes the stay enjoyable waking up to the sound of the waves and the view in the morning.. I enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the evening looking out.
We had some nice sunny days but can imagine in summer getting the full benefit out of the house and being able to sit out on the balcony.
As this house is pet friendly, we could smell dog wee on the ground floor but not the rest of the house..
The Dyson vac didn’t seem to work properly as it was quite clogged up so we did give it a good clean out and it then it worked.
Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely return here.
The location is nice but was quiet in February, I can imagine it’s much more livelier in summer. There’s some nice little shops and takeaways in the centre, there’s also a Wetherspoons which is always a winner with us.
Lovely house and lovely place.

"Excellent position, great off street parking."
The property is well maintained, everything worked perfectly.
You need to enjoy stairs as the property is over three stories, however the view is worth it.
Only negative, stayed early January, would have been nice if the heating had been on.

"Absolutely fabulous!"
A comfortable and spacious house with an amazing view. We had a very enjoyable week and hope to return again soon.
Suggestion - After removing our boots on the ground floor a soft broom and dustpan would have been useful to sweep up the sand from all our lovely beach walks (hoover not working). Many thanks.

Sad that a lot of local eating places have closed due to covid. Property has the wow factor, so nice to always look at the sea. Shame about the showers. Need to either be properly designed wet room or sealed door. Finishing touches- washing up bowl req. We really enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable

We found the duvet to be be very difficult to sleep in because it was too hot. Also the fan in the bathroom next to the main bedroom was banging from the outside therefore keeping us awake..
It says in your welcome pack to help yourself to the toiletries but we found none on arrival, yes I agree bring your own main toiletries but I expected at least a bar of soap. In each bathroom.
I was more shocked with the lack of cutlery and drinking cups in the kitchen, ok we had enough for one each on certain things but if we wanted a toast for our stay here then two people missed out . You definitely need to supply more cups and drinking glasses.
Finally the fridge/freezer kept turning itself off. For instance one day we climbed Snowdon and when we came back we were looking forward to toasting our success. Unfortunately the drink in the fridge was lukewarm so had to delay that by puttthe bottle in the freezer until it was cold enough. We did have to throw some food out as it had started to smell.
Thanks for the stay, if you can iron out these few things then it would be one of the top places to stay in.

In general we had everything we needed. However, we did miss not having a cafetiere, which is something available in most Sykes properties.

I can’t say hand on heart I’ve ever stayed anywhere in the UK as nice as this. It has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. It felt like home away from home. The views are amazing considering it’s by the sea it’s still very quiet. Everything you need for shopping is on your doorstep, the beach is beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place or visit again.
