Nestled within the Eryri (Snowdonia National Park), Bron Celyn offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and explorers, complete with a homely feel, well-equipped living spaces, and private gardens, ideal for a large family of ten.

Benefit from ample off-road parking, before ascending the external steps to reach the elevated position of your new home.

Be greeted into the grand hallway, immediately turning right into the contemporary sitting room, with plenty of plush seating to sink into as the woodburning stove roars.

Opposite this space is the well-appointed kitchen/diner, where you can prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed together, with rural views on offer through the lovely bay window; a woodburning stove also completes this space, ideal for lighting on cooler days.

To the rear of the home rests a snug, the perfect nook for some quiet time with a good book, or a wonderful area for the children of your group to play and make memories, along with a utility/drying room, where you can store your bikes, hang up your wet gear, and keep on top of your washing.

The front, terraced patio offers a suntrap for alfresco mealtimes and late-night tipples, whilst rear to the property there is a small plot of woodlands where your four legged friends are free to roam before bedtime.

Four well-appointed bedrooms await, all with the convenience of en-suite cloakrooms, including a king-size, double, twin and a family room.

Complete your morning routine in one of the two bathrooms, one housing both a bath and shower, and the second with walk in shower, before heading into the village to stock up on the essentials, visit some independent shops, dine out, and plan your first hiking route.

Within proximity you’ll locate the picturesque hiking area of Fairy Glen, the Conwy Valley Railway Museum, ideal for budding historians, and the Zip World Fforest attraction, which is only a short walk from your doorstep and sure to offer a fun-filled day for all of the family.

Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Tree Top Adventure High Ropes Course, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
