A lovely house is in a great location to explore the island before returning home The owners left a few treats to enjoy during our stay and biscuits for our dog which was very kind. The house is open plan and spacious and everything is of a high standard. The garden is lovely and secure too which is great for the dog to play in. We really enjoyed our stay feeling relaxed and refreshed, as we return home. Would highly recommend

  • "The house overall was clean, spacious and nicely decorated."

It was only a few minutes drive in the car to get to Benlech beach and Red Wharf bay. The garden was ideal for 2 small dogs as it was completely enclosed and had a nice dining table and chairs outside for sunny days (which luckily we had). The only thing I had a problem with was there is not enough hanging room in the second bedroom (maybe a further wardrobe would be better on the landing) and we also found the lounge quite dark as the lampshades are a dark colour so didn't give much light when reading. This did not spoil our stay though.

It was a great base for exploring each day and it was lovely knowing that we were coming back to such a comfortable property each night. It was the first time we had taken our 9 month old dog on holiday so we were really pleased with the secure garden and the addition of a stair gate to prevent him from going upstairs. Would love to return here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

It was a lovely home to stay in. The space was well thought out; the house and ambience very relaxing and quiet. It is ideally located for access to key places in Anglesey. And we thankfully got lucky with some good weather in and around the broody storm so managed to make the most of our days out. Thank you to the hosts for a lovely warm relaxing home and for sharing some lovely Welsh cakes on arrival. They were much appreciated. Hope to see this delightful abode again sometime.

Decent size rooms etc. Only real gripes were the TV reception and heating system. Could rarely get a picture on the TV for more than a few minutes before it lost the signal completely. The BBC and ITV channels dropped off the list entirely. Managed to stream Netflix and Prime ok so it wasn’t WiFi related. The heating controls seemed to be locked which was fine when the heating came on but meant we couldn’t get a boost when we needed it. The main bedroom remained cold throughout. Minor complaints really as the house was fine overall.

It was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was modern and well equipped and all fixtures and furnishings were new and well maintained. The downstairs is semi open plan with the kitchen opening out to the living / dining space and then opening out to the garden which makes it a lovely sociable space for family time. The property is well located just a few minutes drive from Benllech, Moelfre and Red Wharf Bay. There is also a lively pub and tandoori restaurant a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely welcome from the owner with a bottle of wine and a few treats.

The house was lovely and clean and fresh when we arrived. It is well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The enclosed back garden was great for us and our dog to enjoy after a day out. We had one slight problem with the tv losing signal but this was rectified by the owner within the hour when we reported it. We would certainly book this property again and have no hesitation in recommending it. It was also an added bonus that it was an eco friendly build.

A lovely place with everything we needed. The only think I would suggest would be to add locations of local amenities in the welcome pack. For example where the nearest supermarket is/ food shop, nearest beach, a few local places to eat. Even tho a few of these were mentioned in the guest book we had to Google where to find them. It would have been handy to have a few places with locations/ addresses to use on first few days.

  • "The house was spacious and beds were comfortable."

The house was clean when we got there. Problems with the television remote control and microwave were quickly sorted out by the owner. The living room radiator wasn’t working so the owner gave us electric heaters to keep us warm and then arranged for a plumber to fix it a couple of days later. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any hot water during our stay. The instructions in the folder didn’t really explain how to use the system, only the timer. There were some tips in the visitors book from other people who had stayed there. The owner told us to use the ‘boost’ button but that this could take a few hours to work. The downstairs electric shower was useful but not sufficient for a proper shower.

We are pleased to hear your stay was comfortable and glad you acknowledged our quick response to the faulty switch to lounge heater . A Mobile heater was provided within 30 mins of receiving a phone call and electrician came next day to install new switch to electrical unit . Unfortunately we are unable to for see human error when using devices such as remote controls and controls to microwave , but again this was demonstrated quickly as to which button to press to use devices . The heating is regulated by the guest , and instructions on how on use the thermostat are provided in the guest information pack . We advised in person on how to use the hot water system , if needing additional hot water . Where by easily pressing a button on the immersion and within a short period , provides plenty of hot water for the upstairs shower for all our guests . The shower within the down stairs bathroom is a Myra electric shower . It has various heat settings , where by you easily select your desired temperature via the dial . This provides a very pleasant hot shower . Guest satisfaction is important to us and always strive to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay . We are proud to say the property is kept to an exceptional clean standard , is comfortable and well equipped with new goods . We are local to the property and always at hand should you need extra assistance with anything , no matter what this maybe . Property Owner
