Furnishings and fittings to top standard and well equipped with modern appliances. In ideal location for a dog friendly beach (just across the road) Ideal location for walking around Criccieth and along the coast path. We had a lovely autumnal stay.
Only suggestion would be for coat hooks in hallway and towel rail in kitchen

"The Nook was very comfortable and ideally situated on the seafront with good parking."
Although I had a slight issue with no hot water on my first day, Chrissie, the owner, dealt with it immediately and it was resolved very quickly. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with everything. My little dog and I enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return in the future.

"The Nook had very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed."
Lovely bathroom and very comfortable huge bed.
Most kind to provide dog bowl, bed, toys and biscuits.
Also very conveniently situated for taking our dog out, as plenty of grassy areas a few yards away, and only a short walk into town.
We are definitely hoping to return next year, as we really enjoyed staying at the Nook.

"The property was very comfortable and well furnished."
It had everything needed fir a lovely stay. It was in a good location and was close to local amenities. There was plenty of free parking in the street and parking for 3 cars on site. There was a dog bed, dog bowls, a big jar of gravy bones which our dog appreciated. There were also dog towels for drying off wet dogs. I would highly recommend.

"An excellent property, we really enjoyed our stay."
The only issue we had was with the shower. The shower tray is not sufficient to catch all the splashing and it left the floor puddled. Obviously it was easy enough to wipe up but a longer shower tray would be more beneficial. We would love to stay at the Nook again in the future.

"This was one of the loveliest holiday properties that we have stayed in."
In a great spot with the sea at your door. Didn’t need to take anything with us. The property had everything you could think of. Loads of plugs great hairdryer. Loved the Ninja air fryer. Sat drinking wine on the little Terrace overlooking the sea what more could you want.Took our 2 Jack Russells who also loved it. Highly recommended. A tasteful renovation to a high standard. Super king bed. I could go on and on. Book the Nook you won’t be disappointed

Great super king size bed. Pleasant decor.Easy walk to the shops. Able to park the car off road. We would stay there again.

Our dog loved the jar of gravy bones and the bedroom basket. The view of the sea was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nook."
It was very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped. It was delightfully close to the seafront providing some lovely views. Great having the on-site parking too.
The kitchen had an amazing, modern oven - we were very grateful for the comprehensive instruction manual. We shied away from trying the Ninja air fryer though. A few small points:
A kitchen roll would have been useful.
The entrance door took us a few seconds to figure out how to engage the lock - you need to fully lift the handle before turning the key or the knob on the inside.
The bin use instructions are on the inside of the lids so found them after opening the bins. Helpful as everywhere seems to have different recycling guidelines.
The duvet and some of the cushions have feather fillings - very soft and comfortable but we brought our own duvet as I react badly to feathers.
Overall, a terrific place for two people to stay and we would certainly consider staying there again.
We do hope you will visit us again soon, I will include some basic recipes for the air fryer before your next visit, (warning, you'll return home and want to get one)! I try not to leave too many "notices" about so you feel more "at home" so will include recycle instructions in the info pack along with the fryer info.

"This property was exactly as it was advertised - small, cosy and convenient."
Immaculately clean and could not fault it. It was at the back of another property and was quite tucked away. It was not a big appartment by far but had all the basic necessities and facilities. It has been newly refurbished and it served our purpose perfectly. Owner was most accommodating when contacted for instructions on water heating issues. Would definitely use again for a short stay. Thank you.

"The `Nook` in Criccieth was a delightful place to stay."
Situated near the sea front with sea views from 2 of the 4 rooms, it was a comfy and an ideal size for one or two people to stay. It had everything one would need incluuding TV and broadband. Situated on the ground floor apart from 2 steps into the spartment and there were handles to keep one steady should one need some help.
The kitchen and the bathroom with shower were modern and very clean.
A super place to stay and I would highly recommend The Nook to all!

"Beautifully clean and light apartment."
Thank you for thinking of everything for us and the dog. Delighted with unadvertised sea views. (just kept wishing away the cars parked up against the windows). Stressful decor was easily covered up with thoughtfully provided throw. Lovely bed. Great sea front location. It looked to good to be true on the map but it was!
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it's always helpful to hear what our guests have to say and where we can improve. Yes my taste is quite eclectic, a bit of fun and not everyones but at least you were able to customise a little!
We are blessed with some beautiful walks and the seafront is perfect for dogs so I'm glad you were happy..
