  • "Fantastic stay at Emry."

It was the perfect get away with 3 generations of family (6adults, 2teenagers &10m) lovely peaceful location with views of the sea across the fields. Beautiful presented garden areas. One with a BBQ & seating areas. Plenty of parking for 3 large vehicles. The other garden area included the hot tub which was a massive hit from which are lovely views. Lots of outdoor seating space on the decking which stretched across the back of the property. Lovely for chilling in the mornings with a coffee & evenings with a glass of wine overlooking the views. Interior is extremely well furnished & beds were so comfortable also the bedding of fantastic quality. Also sea views from some from the beds you really don’t want to move! There is ample dining space again with picturesque views from the table & plenty of separate rooms so if in a large group you can be doing different things, especially teenagers (& dads) in the snug playing on their PlayStation. Then in the evenings we enjoyed quality time playing games from the vast amount supplied in the study although we didn’t use the dvds beware there a vast amount also with lots of books about. The large conservatory was another hit esp for Grandpa to hmm rest his eyes! The kitchen where to start! Every single thing you can ever need also an air fryer. Delyth the owner has really given thought to everything you would need like at home. Delyth popped by to say hello & was absolutely charming & helpful. The property is warm, cosy, lovely & big and makes you feel very homely. Well catered for the dogs with loads of bowls & throws & some treats left for them too. Also we had plenty of towels left for us all. It’s a perfect base for Nth Wales, Snowdon, slate museum, Anglesey etc. We ordered fish & chips from Ainsworth at Caernarfon & collected them. Also had curries from Sopna & had it delivered. We have made some lovely family memories & would love to return! Everyone really loved our stay. Thank you so much Delyth for an incredible stay at your beautiful home!

The house felt like a home from home, we were quick to feel relaxed there and the dogs loved it too. The gardens are lovely, the scenes were gorgeous and very much enjoyed from the hot tub! The house was very spacious with lots of garden space for our dogs to roam around and a beautiful area with lovely people. It was our first time in North Wales and glad we stayed at Fron Emrys.

  • "We are just back from a most wonderful time, celebrating the new year at Fron Emrys."

The house is amazing. We have never stayed in a rented house which is so well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. The hot tub is a most wonderful feature and even though we had awful weather during our stay, we were still able to use the hot tub as it was so warm and easily accessible from the house. The beds were comfortable and cosy and the standard of cleanliness was superb. We arrived to find the Christmas lights and heating on, and the dining table set for a festive family meal. The perfect start for our stay. Delyth came to check that all was ok and was discreet when checking on the hot tub. Our dog was also well provided for with dedicated towels, mats, spare leads and even a bag of festive doggy treats! There was a delicious welcome pack awaiting our arrival - in short- no detail had been overlooked. We would love to return and have no hesitation in recommending this property. The owner also came around three times and we felt that it was very unnecessary we’ve never had this before and we did find it annoying we will not be going to stay again .

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although I am a little taken aback as your opinions do not mirror our usual amazing feedback. Before each guest checks in the property is thoroughly checked and photographed to ensure there are no cleanliness issues and there is no evidence of any hairs in the shower. I am sorry you were cold at times, on arrival I do show guests how to adjust the thermostat if they need to change the temperature, we will shortly be installing a Hive system so this will make it easier for guests to adjust the heating if needed. I do visit the property, to service the hot tub, this is a legal requirement to ensure the health and safety of my guests and I do try to be as discreet as possible, on any of these visits you could have approached me to make me aware of any issues you were having and I would have been happy to help. My phone number is also provided in the property in case of any problems. My main goal is to provide a clean and welcoming environment to enable guests to have an amazing holiday. I will continue to welcome guests into my beautiful home and maintain the high standards that my guests expect and enjoy, as seen from previous feedback, we have also recently received an award due to the wonderful feedback we have received, this will shortly be displayed proudly at Fron Emrys. • "The house was amazing, kids loved the hot tub, owner was lovely, information provided was clear and easy to follow."

The only thing I would say, and I shared this with the owner, was that, the field behind is not for use of the house, and that needs to be made clear, because from the photographs on the sykes website, it gives you the impression that it's part of the house, but it's not. Also the parking space fits two cars not three as stated in the house info on the sykes website, I forgot to say this to the owner. We had to park our 3rd car on the grass, which she didn't seem to mind, a really lovely lady. She left a lovely welcome hamper in the kitchen. Overall a great stay..... Pity the Welsh weather didn't play ball, lol, but no one can control that.

Thank you for your feedback and I’m so pleased you loved the house and the hot tub and enjoyed your holiday at Fron Emrys. I’m sorting out the parking this week so there will be enough space for four cars and of course there are parking spaces not far from the house as described in the house information. Sorry I couldn’t have arranged better weather for you it’s absolutely glorious here this week!. Kind Regards Delyth Property Owner
