"The Coach House is a sheltered idyll in a beautiful area."
Equipped with everything you need, it is very clean, well maintained and attractive. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
It is less than 15 mins drive from stunning beaches, has good access to main shops in Prestatyn and is close enough to the Expressway to explore North Wales with ease.
The estuary around Point of Ayr is perfect for bird watching (there is a hide there) and the coastal walks are just lovely. Conwy is a super little town with more than just the castle to enjoy.
Can highly recommend this property and will definitely be going back!

"This is our 2nd stay at the coach house
Was looking forward to it just as much as our first stay ."
The cottage is wonderful we had another amazing fantastic stay . The sea views are lovely and the peace and quiet which we enjoy. There is plenty of things to do beaches so close by and so close to the villages and towns. Jen and her mum Pauline are on hand if you need anything. It’s spotless clean well thought out with lots of extras bath robes,slippers. The welcome pack cereals Jams cake milk and a bottle of Prosecco much appreciated. Better now with having the freezer . Maybe could do washing line and pegs and a barbecue.

"We had a wonderful week at the Coach house."
All amenities you could think of. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was opposite the bedroom & a good size shower enclosure. Lovely welcome pack waiting for us on our arrival. Only a Two seater sofa in the lounge area, would be nice if there was a small chair available to sit on. Plenty of space in the small utility to dry off coats & Boots. Quiet anrea, Ideal base for walks. We drove to Llanberis & hiked up Snowdon. Owner was very helpful & we will definitely return.

"Our first stay at the coach house and in Flintshire we normally stay in north wales Snowdonia national park ."
There is plenty to do walks etc close by to lots of places and towns and close to beaches . It’s so quiet and peaceful as I grown up on farms and in the countryside it was so lovely excellent stay . Owners Jen and her mum Pauline friendly and helpful and on hand if you need them. they live in the main big house. Stunning place and views to the sea Jen cleans it her self as I was a high standard lodge cleaner myself it was spotless . The owners thought out lots of things very well thought out with dressing gowns and slipper's and so much more very well equipped.the hamper was amazing never seen one that good before in a wicker basket lots of cereals Jams a milk in the fridge a cake and a bottle of Prosecco very well thought-out and much appreciated . Really enjoyed our stay very comfortable the bed was so good . Excellent big shower . The only downside and criticism I can give is one false advertisement saying it’s got a freezer it’s got a fridge with a ice box inside I don’t class this a freezer time I had put my ice packs inside not much room left to store frozen food so I had to go shopping more offered it was disappointing as I always like to have a freezer and make sure before I book a holiday cottage it has one .we looking forward to going back to the coach house next month .

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage."
It is very well appointed with nice touches like bath robes and slippers. There was also a very good welcome hamper, along with fresh milk.
The cooking facilities are very good and we had plenty of equipment to make meals. Shower room is excellent. The sitting area has a very comfy sofa. A lot of thought has gone into this property.
The owners are very friendly and helpful and on hand if you need them.

"A beautifully appointed cottage in stunning surroundings."
A fantastic welcome basket etc., as well as high quality everything else. Even a dressing gown and slippers should you need them. Superb attention to detail ensuring you have a restful and enjoyable stay. Helen and her mum are also on hand if you need them. Super friendly and welcoming. They didn't even moan at me when I got lost and they had to come and find me, despite the fact I'd pretty much turned around in the cottage driveway and not noticed the sign 6 foot from my face. :) :) :) A wonderful place to stay to unwind and explore the beauty of North Wales and I heartily recommend it. Fantastic. Thank you.

"The coach house is magnificent."
Such lovely owners who provided a lovely breakfast hamper, tea sugar coffee and milk, cake and prosecco. Not forgetting the lovely toiletries and dressing gowns and slippers. We even didn't get any rain! We have rented holiday properties in march before and got snow! What a bonus. Many thanks to lovely Jen and her mum Margaret for such a pleasurable stay.

"An absolutely gorgeous Coach House."
Beautifully decorated. Everything you could think of was supplied, right down to dressing gowns and slippers. Also a welcome breakfast basket of Cereals and Jams, bara brith, milk in the fridge and a bottle of Preseco, which was very much enjoyed on my birthday.
It is situated perfectly too for places to visit, and there is plenty, or just sit out and enjoy the superb views.
We have had a lovely time here, and Jen and her mum are such lovely ladies.
Thank you so much Jen for a very enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back again in July.

"Excellent secluded property."
Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The welcome hamper was a true delight as were the provisions of soaps and shampoos etc. The views from the coach house were super (we had a lot of dry weather and sunshine during our time there). Would highly recommend this property for a base from which to see North Wales or, indeed for us, as a cosy accommodation for a bit of r&r. Kudos to the lovely Jen and Margaret for making our stay in their beautiful coach house perfect.

"The Coach House is stunning."
It has everything you could need for your stay and more! Very well decorated to a high standard, incredibly clean, with two outside seating areas.
The plot of land it is on is quiet, with no light polution. The stars are incredibly bright at night.
The bed was so comfortable, we slept like logs!
The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the information book provided was detailed and very handy.
We loved The Coach House. We would recommend it for any couples wanting a quiet cottage in the country.

"The Coach House is located in a quiet rural area with a gorgeous private courtyard garden and within easy reach of places to visit."
It is immaculately presented throughout and very well equipped. Stepping inside a warm welcome awaited us; a card, bara brith, prosecco, milk and a breakfast hamper! The kitchen had everything we needed and there were a range of bathroom products including robes and slippers. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and highly recommend The Coach House.

"A delightful 2 person property in a quiet and pleasant setting."
An ideal location for visiting the coast and other areas of North Wales. The property was beautifully presented with sufficient equipment for catering for meals. There was a lovely welcome basket with cereals, Bara Brith and a bottle of Prosecco. We would highly recommend this property.
