"Beautiful farmhouse, home from home, Karen was a lovely host and very accommodating ,location is a bit out the way, maybe 15 mile or so to the A55."
Beds were really comfy, kitchen well equipped, a fresh pint on milk,tea ,coffee and sugar was waiting for us upon arrival.......Welsh cakes too ,small enclosed courtyard and garden for the dogs to have a mooch ......ideal location for walkers. thank you

The house was immaculate and had just about everything we would need for our stay. Directions were accurate from Llanrwst and the what3words was very handy (thankyou Karen) Altogether we what a very pleasant week here and plan on returning next year

Everywhere was lovely and clean and there was everything we needed. The beds were very comfy we had the best nights sleep and the sunsets were amazing to see over the mountains. Karen was very welcoming. It was such a peaceful place to stay.

Situated at the countryside with beautiful views. Peace and quiet just what's needed at holiday. All the summer attractions within 30-40 minutes drive. The Owner - Karen, a lovely lady shared with us the ideas and information about tourists attractions always ready to help. We hope to go there again next year. Highly recommended

"The piece and quiet was great it was a really relaxing holiday, it was a really comfortable house and the beds were extremely comfortable."
The only thing was the water would not run hot enough for a bath but the separate shower w as good. I would stay there again.

Spacious accommodation with all the facilities you could ever need. The cottage lies in a rural position off a quiet road and is great if you want to really get away from the rat race. Perfect as a touring base to easily cover North and central Wales. Also had the pleasure in meeting and chatting to the owners who were friendly and helpful. In short we really enjoyed our stay.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm.
