• "Really liked the property which was cool (inside) and warm (outside) in the hot weather."

  Great comfortable outdoor furniture, very good, nice compact kitchen, excellent shower room (once the automatic lights had decided to notice me!) Perfectly situated to either wander into town (10 mins walk) or avoid it (on the very outskirts) depending on preference. Lots to do, and the view of Castell Dinas Bran is a great epilogue to a hard day's hiking. Only points for improvement would be softer, less bright lighting in the bedroom and perhaps a clothes airer to dry wet stuff from all of the water activities available nearby.

• "We were very pleased with the accommodation and our hosts."

  Really helpful and friendly. The Annexe had everything we needed and was really nice. If the weather had been better we would have been out in the garden both relaxing and having our meals but unfortunately it wasn't so good.

• "Lovely place to stay."

  Very comfortable indeed. Hilary and Peter were super hosts, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the wet weather stopped us using the outdoor facilities but the view from the patio is super. We hope to return again before too long.

  Set in a tranquil and peaceful location with scenic countryside views it is perfect for relaxing or as a base for exploring nearby Llangollen and the surrounding areas.The accommodation is of a very high standard with a well equipped kitchen,a cosy seating area,very comfortable bed and a top quality bathroom make it the perfect choice.Peter and Hilary were helpful and approachable hosts answering any queries we had.A five star rating for this little gem,would have no hesitation in recommending it. • "A very clean and comfortable cottage that we enjoyed all of the time that we stayed."

  The location was close to Llangollen and there were many local walks and attractions like the famous Aqueduct on the canal. Another plus point were the hosts Peter and Hillary who we found to be very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking to visit this beautiful area of Wales.

• "This wonderful holiday property is in a quiet, country location is ideal for the town itself, many walks and to explore the surrounding area."

  The clean, cosy, comfortable annexe is extremely well laid out and has everything you need. The added attraction is the private, sun facing garden with stunning views. Peter and Hilary are exceptional hosts. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful in everything you need or want to know. We would definitely stay again and can highly recommend it.

• "Cam O'r Fechan is a delightful annexe in a wonderful area with extensive views from the premises."

  It is well fitted out and has everything you need. There is a private garden to the property should you wish to just have a lazy day, but it is well placed to visit many places. The owners are very helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

• "Wow, what a beautiful little home from home."

  Equipped with everything you need for a great holiday even if lasing around or using it as a base to explore the area. The large Aldi super market makes life easy to and there are local take a ways and fresh bakery's in the village. Fancy a Sunday roast, look no further than The Aquaduct Inn, a roast like your Gran used to make and at a really good price. Hillary and Peter are the purfect host's with a cheery smile and lots of adivce on things to see and places to visit

• "On our February arrival, the annexe was warm inside, comfortable and spottlessly clean throughout."

• "Just back from a lovely break at Cam O'r Fechan."

  Property spot on and ideally situated for exploring the local area. Loved the peace and quiet, but it was also handy for the local shops and chippy. Our hosts Hilary and Peter were were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they knew plenty about the area. Always a warm welcome from Waldo too
