Well equipped first floor apartment in the centre of Rhosneigr."
Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The sandy beach is a few minutes walk away. Designated car parking space in the onsite car park. The apartment was clean, warm with comfy beds and sofas and plenty of throws. All the home from home essentials. Good TV and wifi and a selection of books and games.
As mentioned before you can watch the jets from Valley from the kitchen window.
Note for owners: The tap in the bathroom is still dripping and you need a new guest book as the current one is now full.

Everything you could need. Even though weather not always kind a lovely cosy place to come back to. Perfect location - really close to the magnificent beach and you can watch fighter jets while doing the washing up if you are lucky.

"This is our 2nd year in a row staying in the accommodation and we wouldn't hesitate to rebook again."
The accommodation is spacious and well planned out. It is dog friendly (we aren't owners ourselves) yet there is no dog smell in the accommodation. Usual comment about the lack of a full length mirror, but clearly the owners aren't going to install one as this comment has been repeated for years. Could do with another set of cutlery, I assume over months things disappear.

"We had a lovely stay at Tides Reach."
There was plenty of room and the apartment is very well equipped. Everything you need and a very comprehensive folder with instructions for all appliances. The small welcome pack was appreciated. The bathroom was fabulous and we loved the heated towel rail to dry our towels. The apartment is very warm but easy to ventilate by opening windows. Good TV and Wi-Fi, and various radios, speakers dotted about.
The location is right in the centre of Rhosneigr, so you are close to everything. There is some road and pub noise but it didn’t bother us. We slept well in the comfy beds. The pillows, bedding and towels were of excellent quality. I believe there is an external lock up (bring your own lock) for paddle boards etc. but we didn’t need this.
All in all, an excellent stay and we would certainly come again.

Apartment and facilities all great.
Couple of points for owner or maintenance as it’s the start of the season.
Bathroom fan needs attention, dripping tap , no lampshade in dining area.
Also really need a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment.
No of these points are deal breakers.
Will definitely stay again.

"Just gorgeous!"
So much bigger and nicer than the photos show. All the doggy touches were so lovely, the furniture and beds so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this apartment, only 250m or so from the beach, lovely and quiet village. It does get busy at the weekend and there is some noise from the pub opposite on Fridays and Saturdays, but it wasn't unbearable. Some lovely places to eat within waking distance, and some scenic walks around the lake and on the beach.

"Lovely stay nice apartment ."
Nice comfy beds. Lots of doggie items . Every bit of equipment you could need. Right in the centre of Rhosneigr . Onsite parking . Had issues with the boiler and heating but the owners were excellent at communication and sent an engineer out. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay again some time.

The only negative comment I have is that the last time we stayed there was a lovely welcome hamper, full of local produce that I shared with family and friends when we got home. Appreciated the walking books and info about the surrounding areas.

The apartment is stunning with everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect, 2 mins from the beach where you can walk along the beach and dunes and visit the Oyster Catcher for a relaxing drink or some food. We had a fantastic weekend and can’t wait to return.

"Tides Reach is a really lovely apartment, well stocked and resourced, nicely furnished and the owners have obviously put a lot of thought and care into ensuring all guests feel at home (including the 4 legged ones!"
). The apartments are so central everything is only a short walk away, including all the beaches and Maelog Lake. There were 3 under unit bulbs in the kitchen not working but we replaced these ourselves as 2 were in the hob which were needed for cooking. Both Sykes and the owner were brilliant at arranging for us to have fresh bedding for our 2nd week at the mid point. This was very much appreciated. Cannot fault this apartment. It is the 2nd we’ve stayed at and we would recommend this one highly. Thank you for a lovely stay in your holiday home, we enjoyed it very much.

"We found the apartment to be very comfortable and spotlessly clean."
Full of everything you could need to enjoy your mealtimes and just sitting about times. Good sized rooms and a very adequate size dining table. We had a lovely holiday here. My only criticism would be the lack of a decent sized mirror. Only small sized mirrors in bedrooms, which kept sliding down. There would be ample places to put a long mirror in both bedrooms or in the area by the front door or kitchen. Its just nice to check that you look ok before setting out for drinks and dinner. This has been mentioned in the Guest Book on numerous occasions but clearly ignored. Well you did ask.

The flat is in a superb location which provided a great base for our stay.
The only difficulty we had was getting the smart TV functions to work, bit that was a very minor issue. We have booked again for May.

The apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a fabulous location. The only thing I would add to a 'wanted' list is an extra set of door keys. We visited with our 26 year old and his dog. If we went our separate ways it was difficult to calculate who would be back first therefore needing the keys. But overall, if you'll have us, we'll be back

"Property is in a great location in Rhosneigr especially for getting to the beach which we did every day."
It provides a great base for exploring Anglesey. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and full of little extras that made the stay all the more enjoyable (our dog loved the toy box!) Kitchen was brilliantly equipped and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in while away on holiday. Thank you for an excellent week!

"This is our second stay at No7 Tides Reach."
It is such a comfortable and welcoming apartment. It's in an absolutely fantastic position, close to the beach and the shops and bars of Rhosneigr.
On arrival it was very clean and the milk and Welsh cakes included in the welcome pack were much appreciated as we had forgotten to bring milk.
Our dog ripped a claw on the beach and the doggy first aid kit provided was so useful and meant we had what we needed to deal with it and carry on with our holiday.
We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The location is great, with the shop just over the road and plenty of food choices around. Short walk to the beach- even the horrible weather didn’t ruin it for us! We would definitely stay again. "When we saw the photos of the apartment block, it looked like it was looking over the sea."
Although you could just about see the sea there were no sea views to speak of. However it was only a short walk to the shore. We were quietly impressed with Anglesey. Amazing beaches. Everywhere was clean, no litter anywhere. We liked the apartment and it had been tastefully furnished with everything you could need. Only one thing and that was the sofas in the lounge. Not able to get comfortable on them. No other faults at all. We did have a good holiday overall. We have stayed as part of a group of friends in quite a few of your advertised properties and have enjoyed them all.

It was our forth visit to Rhosneigr and our second visit to this apartment as it is so good. The apartment is plenty spacious enough for a small family and the king sized bed really comfy! The owners have taken great care to ensure there are home comforts with a lovely welcome box and it is very well equipped. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Perfect with our 3 year old to pop back and forth. Parking is really easy and convenient. Overall a fantastic place and I am sure we will be back a third time!!

Lovely thought leaving some foodstuffs for immediate use.we were fortunate that the weather was warm and sunny but the lounge patio window/doors to the juliet balcony would not open despite there being keys in the lock.Would have liked to have had some fresh air as the apartment was very warm.Made do with leaving kitchen and bedroom windows open to get a flow of cool air.Apart from this small problem all else was fine- beds very comfortable which is an important factor when booking accommodation.Would definitely book again.

It is in a perfect location a few minutes walk from the town beach, and several local restaurants. The two bedroom apartment was on the first floor, and was light, airy and well equipped. The only negative was that one of the windows in the sitting room wouldn't open.

"This was our first visit to Anglesey & we loved it!"
Rhosneigr was a really lovely base from where we explored the whole of Anglesey. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed some superb walks - the coastal walk from Aberffraw to Rhosneigr is particularly impressive (take the bus from Rhosneigr - literally, just outside of the apartment & walk back, calling in at the Oystercatcher on the way back!).
The apartment itself is especially lovely and homely & the owners clearly take a great pride in what they offer to their guests - it almost felt as though we were staying in their home. We had everything we could possibly need & more. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable and the extra touches made by the owners were really appreciated - even the dog was well catered for!
The walks on the beach (only 2 minutes away) were really bracing and there is a great choice of places to eat within walking distance of the apartment. We especially enjoyed the Sandy Mount bar & restaurant, the pub across the road is fine for a drink (we did not eat upstairs, but it gets good reviews) & the Oystercatcher is great value for a meal & comfortable for just a drink.
All in all, a really great stay & we will certainly hope to return. Thank you for a really relaxing break!

Rhosneigr is a lovely village with a beautiful beach and some nice bars,cafes and a couple of nice shops.
The only negative of the location is the noise coming out of the pub which woke us up even at 3.30am one morning.

"The key safe was very difficult to open when we arrived."
I had to ring owners and get some help. The oven fused on second morning. The dining table was in the hall so ended up eating in the sitting on knees in front of Tv. Not really convenient. Better with larger table in kitchen or table in front of window in sitting room. Who wants to eat outside the bathroom! No wardrobe in second bedroom just hangers behind door. Chests of drawers very small. Main wardrobe difficult to open. Window in main bedroom wouldn't open either. Guest too hot at night.
Otherwise flat very clean and well prepared and equipped.
