Except this time the owner Kev took me and my grandson to his place of work which he was very proud of,My grandson was buzzing when we got back to the cottage if that is not above and beyond I don,t know what is.

The information provided by the owners was excellent. Beautiful garden for Archy to play in safe and secure with a added bonus of parking for one car off road at back of property. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Enjoyed so much have booked again in May .

"This property is excellent."
It is exactly as advertised. It is clean and comfortable with the right amount of facilities and well maintained. The property sits in a good location within Burry Port. Burry Port itself is a really nice friendly place. Unfortunately, not many places were open when we were there. The pubs only do food Wednesday to Sunday and the only restuarant was closed for annual leave. However, the takeaways are very good providing good quality food. We would definitely return as their was plenty of walking on the doorstep and place nearby to visit which did not require much travelling.

"We loved our stay here."
An absolutely spotless cottage! The cleanest holiday let I've ever stayed at. Lots of space (inside and out). Beautiful secure garden with seating. Parking space is perfect and enclosed. It's uncomplicated and purposeful decor makes it feel clean, fresh, airy and roomy.
I would highly recommend this cottage for it's location, quality of accommodation, the garden, parking and utilities.
The only suggestion for the owners would be regarding the mattresses. Continuous coil sprung is a bit uncomfortable and noisy (on turning). Nonetheless, this holiday let is still a 10 out of ten for me.

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property."
Spacious, comfortable, very clean in a great location very close to the beach and amenities. I would highly recommend staying here we had a wonderful time, didn’t want to leave and would definitely return. Great for families with dogs as the garden and front are very secure The property was so well kept you wouldn’t no dogs were allowed so families without furry friends should not feel put off as this is great place to stay.

"Great house ,amazing enclosed garden for dogs ,communication from the owners was great ,lovely extra bits left ,milk in the fridge ,we had a couple of little issues but owner sorted ,just one thing possible shower mat for shower tray ,great walks ,brilliant weather."

"As a family of 5 who often stay in the area, this property was perfect for us."
We were welcomed with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and a few local treats. And the house had all of the other facilities we could need.
Communication from the owners was brilliant, even before arrival and we felt that nothing was too much trouble if we should need to call upon them.
The house was spotlessly clean and all the beds comfortable.
Overall, this has been our favourite stay in the Burry Port area and we would definitely look to come back in the future. Thank you!

"We had a great four days staying at this property with our Lurcher dog."
The garden was very secure and also the parking area, so perfect for dog owners.
The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and was exactly as the description and photos. It is also in a great location for exploring the area.
There were welcome goodies for our arrival which were much appreciated. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and we are hoping to come back again next year.

"I stayed here with my wife and our dog."
We found the property spacious and comfortable. The secure enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. There are plenty of great dog walks within 10 mins drive of the property; we particularly liked Pembrey Country Park and walks along the beaches by the harbour. The secure off street parking was also appreciated.

"We spent four days at the cottage with our dog."
We chose the house because it had an enclosed garden which wasn't too big, so our dog was always in sight. The house was very comfortable and in a convenient position to visit places of interest. I personally prefer a tv lower down rather than on the wall but realise this is the way a lot of people have them now. The house was on a main road so was noisy, but overall a very good stay.

"Lovely property."
Clean and tidy . Home from home. Coming from a remote location found the busy road noise took a bit of getting use too but wouldn't put us off coming again. Welcome treats were a nice touch.
