  • "What a great place to stay - perfect facilities inside and out - the enclosed field was a real bonus, a lovely walk past the animals too."

The welcome pack showing the history of the farm and all the animals/ hosts’ foibles was a lovely heartwarming touch! Our hosts were the perfect mix of being super friendly, totally willing to facilitate any personal wishes, and yet completely unobtrusive. Would 100% stay again - thank you for our holiday experience

  • "A lovely very clean and spacious cottage with a lovely view."

The owners were very friendly and left us a welcome gift including delicious welsh cakes. We went to 4 dog friendly beaches - Pendine sands and Wisemans bridge were the best. Also 3 castles - Carew castle highly recommended. Narberth town was very good but Carmarthen was not great. The only thing that spoilt it was 2 very wet days.

Katie and Leon could not have been more welcoming. They did not crowd you but were there if you needed them.

  • "Ty Cwtch is a lovely place to base yourself for visiting West Wales, it is a little bit out of the way but very peaceful."

The property was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very helpful and friendly but not pushy. The large enclosed garden was perfect for our two dogs to run around in while we sat on the patio area. There is a private walk for the dogs about 1/2 mile to a lake with a seating area. St Clears was the nearest place to shop and eat and their was plenty there for our needs.

  • "A beautiful property from the perfect hosts."

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Katie and Leon. Everything you need for a perfect break was provided. The animals were a delight and very friendly. There is also a 2 bed property available on site. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  • "Katie and Leon are the most welcoming of hosts!"

Nothing was ever too much trouble if needed any help with anything and always on hand. Gave us great recommendations of places to visit during our stay and we enjoyed spending time helping with feeding of the animals, great for like minded adults and families alike! Ty Cwtch had everything we needed for our stay, comfortable and clean with some lovely touches of a welcome gift of biscuits for both us and our dogs. Great enclosed garden and all in a perfect location with spectacular views! Definitely will be returning!

They even have a fab dog walk that goes around their entire land which is an extra bonus! Owners leave you well alone but are there if you need them. It’s in a perfect location for just about everywhere you want to visit. Absolute stunning part of the country! Would highly recommend this pad for its location, comfort, and amenities.. and yes we would defo go back. Thankyou so much to Katie & Leon you both were fantastic hosts.

  • "Ty Cwtch is a beautiful cottage situated about 10 minutes drive from the village of St Clears (which has ample pubs, take away's and food shops) on the top of a hill, the fully fenced garden which contains a lovely patio with table and chairs log burner and barbeque looks out over a pretty valley on to rolling hills in the distance and was the perfect place for our 3 dogs to play when not on one of the many local beaches."

The cottage itself was very well kept clean and tidy with a nice big lounge / kitchen / dining area nice well equipped bathroom and comfy bedroom. the owners of the cottage live next door Leon and Katie were a pleasure to meet warm friendly and very helpful. Wife and I and our 3 dogs had a great break and will almost certainly return to Ty Cwtch.
