  • "The staff were lovely and the cabins very well equipped, comfortable, warm and clean."

A particular member of staff called Sylvia, was especially helpful when we broke down on the way to the train station. She went above the call of duty to get our son and his girlfriend to the station on time, so they could get back to Cardiff Uni for their lectures. Very grateful for this.
