  • "Lovely house very well appointed with super comfy beds."

Extremely quiet location but only 5 minute walk into town with superb eating and drinking options. Top holiday. Hosts and agency were really friendly and very helpful.

  • "Loved staying here immaculate and light new build property ."

Seaview from upstairs bedroom was an unexpected bonus . Newport is the perfect little seaside place unspoilt by mass tourism . Only disappointment was that we were unable to use the EV charger as listed and why we picked this property. Thank you for letting us stay here .

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that the issue was the distance the car is parked from the charger. We will measure and ensure the information for the property is accurate and will include distance from parking to car which is across a small front garden for guests to gauge the lead length requirement Property Owner

It was clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We have stayed in a lot of different properties in Wales over the last twelve years, this is the best we have ever stayed in. Again thank you. Rich and Ellie

I will be recommending it to others and if we go back to Newport ourselves would try to book this house first.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped, and in excellent condition. We came as a family with two children under ten and everyone loved staying here.

  • "Excellent location with the town which is within an easy walk having 4 pubs (3 of which serve food), a choice of restaurants, gift shops, a butchers and some lovely boutique outdoor wear shops."

Also within easy walking distance of the beach and coastal walks. The house itself was very cosy and well equipped, surprisingly so. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was fresh. The lovely sized garden would be perfect for bbqs in the summer. The only slight downside was that we didn't feel that the garden was particularly secure for our inquisitive dog but this wasn't a problem after spending all day out and about with us we just kept him on a lead for short garden visits. I had to work on a couple of days and whilst the telephone reception is non existant the WiFi is excellent. Lots of information about the local area was left in a tray which was really useful and you also have the delightful visitors centre which is open 7 days a week and run by volunteers. Highly recommend and we are very likely to return!

  • "We found the house warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped."

(An outside washing line would be a useful addition & a maybe a twin bedroom booking option for families). We had a lovely week despite the very changeable weather - quiet location in the village close to all amenities - a short walk away and walking distance to the coastal path.

  • "The house was very comfortable, clean and warm."

Location was great. The toilet seat came uncooked- unfortunately we were unable to mend it. The showe tray fills alarmingly high- it didn't overflow or leak but we were concerned that it was going to!!

  • "The property itself was largely excellent."

It provided a good base for visiting North Pembrokeshire. There were plenty of places to eat in Newport. The lack of a phone signal at the property (and generally in the Newport area) proved a problem, especially as I needed to be in daily phone contact with my very elderly mother - we could have been warned about this. The only disappointing aspect of the property itself was the extremely tiny washbasin in the main bathroom. Also, if you want visitors to deal properly with rubbish and recycling, you need to provide the promised plastic bags - there were no bags provided for general waste or kitchen waste.

  • "1sr class property, everything we had hoped."

A little too far out of the village for us as mobility is an issue. Facilities were spot on however, the smart TV left us confused to say the least, and had to call for help. A simpler tv for us more mature guests would be helpful
