Stylish and well-connected, with the train station on the doorstep and plenty of shops to explore in the delightful market town, this ground-floor apartment makes a fabulous base for couples or solo travellers.

Inside, an open-plan living space provides everything needed for a relaxed, self-catering break.

The bespoke kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer for cooking up home-cooked favourites, and as well as a handy washing machine.

From here, the intimate dining space offers a place to enjoy delicious dinners and plan adventurous days out, whilst the sofa and TV are set up for chilled evenings in.

Moving through the property, the king-size bedroom uses contemporary colours and quality furnishings, making a welcoming space to rest.

Finishing off the interior is the shower room, boasting a dual-head walk-in shower and a heated towel rail for toasty towels when stepping out.

Outside, four-legged friends can stretch their legs in the courtyard while guests enjoy a morning tea or coffee.

The market town of Saxmundham has plenty of shops to stock up on the essentials and a handful of pubs, restaurants and takeaways to choose from when cooking is off the cards after a busy day.

The stunning East Anglian coast is also within easy reach, with the seaside resorts of Sizewell, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh just a few miles away, with quaint shops and cafés to wander after a walk on the beach.

Bird watchers will enjoy a visit to the woods and wetlands of RSPB Minsmere, whilst lovers of picture-perfect scenery can discover the Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape.

For more hustle and bustle, the marina town of Ipswich is slightly further afield and is home to parks, a cinema, a museum and a good selection of eateries.
