Dating back to the 16th century, Dunluce Castle has seen an array of events! It was seized by the MacDonnell Clan in the mid-16th century, several battles and overlooked a growing town in 1608; you can see the remains of the latter today.

Game of Thrones fans may find Dunluce Castle familiar. It was used as a filming location in the critically-acclaimed series, being House Greyjoy’s fortress, Pyke Castle.
