Brothers Pete and Danny Cameron joined forces in 2016 to open the Dyfi Distiller. Here they developed specialist distilling techniques, combining innovation with tradition.
The result is a selection of artisan gins that have been heavily influenced by the stunning surroundings in which they’re created. The Pollination Gin, crafted with locally foraged botanicals, won the Best Gin award in the Great British Food Awards 2017. It also scooped the gold medal and best Welsh contemporary gin awards in the World Gin Awards for two years running.
