Padstow to Constantine
Join the South West Coast path on the north side of Padstow Harbour next to the Tourist Information Centre. After the reaching the war memorial, you will reach a style, cross it and head north. Pass Gun Point and then follow the path to the left to get down to Harbour Cove.
After Harbour Cove, you will pass the small beach at Hawker’s Cove, keep going north to Stepper Point. Keep walking the path around the collapsed caves at Pepper Hole and Butter Hole and on to Trevone passing the Porthmissen Bridge.
Walk the path along the back of Trevone Beach and pass rocky cliffs at Newtrain Bay before coming to the grassy headland into Harlyn.
At Harlyn Beach continue to follow the path over the road bridge and continue on to Mother Ivey’s Beach. Follow the path around the low cliffs at Mother Ivey’s, the path goes through a fenced off area of beach but you can rejoin it at Cats Cove.
Pass the lighthouse at Trevose Head and walk along the headland to Dinas Head where there are spectacular views of Newquay in the distance. Walk past the round hole to Booby’s Bay and on to Constantine Bay. There is a sandy stretch of beach here with a food van for refreshments.
