"Having been to alot of forest holidays we felt that there had been significant cut backs."
We were dissapointed that you do not provide toilettries anymore. Having always had these in the cabin, I did not take any, although reading the information I realise that you told us to take it. There were no expresso pods for the coffee machine or a starter pack for the fire. These had always been provided in the past.

It always feels like I have to pay to get anything. You don't even get a small welcome pack of tea coffee and milk which these days seems a little strange. Unless I pay a rather large amount for an over the top welcome hamper.

It's still an outstanding lodge in a great location. It used to be a 10 out of 10 but I feel some of the small things have disappeared - no shower gel, shampoo or even the treats that used to be part of this holiday. They made you stand out and they've all been stripped away.

Open your cabin door and step straight out into 400 acres of forest, bordered by mountains and moorland – scale Pen y Fan mountain close by, discover Waterfall Country and Pontsticill Reservoir, explore caves, or fly above an old coal mine at Zip World Tower.
