The views out to the bay and the sea were amazing, and thanks for the binoculars very useful. The house is furnished lovely some old, some new and some possibly made by the owner, the kitchen I would love the kitchen, well equipped everything you need. The 3 bedrooms had everything you needed and they were all a good size and very comfortable.

You need transport to get anywhere, bus service very poor. We had a lovely time, enjoying the walks and peaceful atmosphere. The views from the house are beautiful, plenty of activity to watch on the water, people swimming boat launches paddle boarders etc. Best kitted out kitchen we have ever experienced, the only gripe would be not enough cups/mugs and probably another TV. The beds were fine the duvets too heavy for me, mine is 1.5 tog all year round. All in all a great house and a fine holiday. Some fine dining to be had a short drive away about 40 mins.

"Glan - Y - Mor is fabulous."
It's so quirky, we sat in the gallery room and spotted 'new' things that we hadn't noticed the day before - we could've happily squatted !!
That said it's highly unlikely we will be back and that's sad and sickens us. The biggest bonus is the on site parking - it's truly a Godsend. Weekends are horrendous, there's a stretch of road where people can park and from early morning until 6pmish there's a constant stream of car door banging and 'meeting up'. Sadly week days are pretty similar with the walkers and rowers still in evidence. Not so good when there are minimum parking spots and while these Guys park up for the day the 'stop of for an hour and stretch my legs Guys' don't stand a chance - marking parking meters? After all the 'long stay' parkers don't benefit the local economy any more that a short stay visitor. We wondered why the master bedroom was on the back away from the fabulous views - now we know. That said I'd adore Christmas in that place!!! It's well worth a look-see just don't expect peace. We've stayed in Bull Bay and if I could have moved Glan -Y-Mor brick by brick up onto the main road .........
In conclusion, thank you Owners for sharing you can't change anything I've criticised, your house is amazing and the Gallery room is sensational when the crowds have gone.
Stay safe Meg and Dave

the downside was the cleanliness when arriving.
they have altered access times for covid this did not reflect on the cleanliness. under the beds were filthy childrens socks covered in dust childs toys left under bed from previous occupants also covered in dust,in the toilet spider & spiders web with insects,
in the second bedroom the bed was on the small side for a couple, the flooring was worse than a old hotel for noise, the noise in the main bedroom from the fridge should be addressed
would i return in a flash. the best holiday ever the dolphins put in appearance each day, the seal on the point ,heron for its daily feed, boats being launched each day, fantastic house in fantastic location, will be back next year, if still available. I hope the cleaning problem is addressed before i return.

There were lots of crumbs under the sofas and patches of the wooden floor were dusty.
I would however book again but I did feel the house was feeling sorry for itself and not a patch on our first year. We have stayed here three successive years. Also the period booked was cheaper than June, but we weren't refunded any money.

"We loved this holiday home from the moment we stepped out of our car."
It's location, just across the road from the beach at Bull Bay, is perfect and the 'upside down' layout of the house enabled us to watch dolphins, porpoise and even jumping fish from the huge windows and the two balconies. The open plan design makes the house feel huge and we had so much space. The views meant that the TV was only used after dark and it felt very restful to spend time gazing out to sea, reading or just chatting.
The bedrooms are spacious, with two benefitting from sea views and the third a very large master with a huge amount of storage space. The bathroom has a lovely freestanding bath and a huge shower cubicle, with a very efficient shower. The extra toilet upstairs was useful too.
The kitchen was well equipped, with an excellent range cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The biscuits left for our arrival were an appreciated surprise.
Bull Bay is a great place for spotting porpoise and Risso's dolphins (in September/October). We had some great sightings close to shore and spent many hours perched on the rocks off the coast path taking photos and enjoying these magnificent creatures.
We had a great holiday on Anglesey and this extra special holiday home was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning to Glan Y Mor!

All facilities were perfect. The only suggestion I would make is that the cleaning was not top notch - ie there was a little dust in places and cobwebs. The kitchen and bathrooms though were very clean. However I do not consider this bad enough to complain. We really thought the cottage was beautiful and had a lovely stay. Particularly enjoyed the 1000 piece jigsaw the owners left for us to complete - we did it.

A delight was the salting pool at the right time of tide - it became our own little private swimming pool (though you need beach shoes to get to it)!
