What is Sykes Bloom?
Sykes Bloom is the new rewards scheme from Sykes.
It is free to join via the Sykes customer app,
whether you have holidayed with us in the past or not.
How do I join Sykes Bloom?
To become a Sykes Bloom member, you will need to have a Sykes customer account.
If you don’t already have one, you can easily create one on the Sykes customer app.
If you do already have an account, you just need to sign in with your username
and password.
You can then tap to join Sykes Bloom in the app. It’s as easy as that.
How do I progress through the levels?
Your membership level is determined by the number of nights of qualifying bookings that
you have.
Qualifying bookings are bookings of properties (other than Forest Holidays properties)
that you have made via Sykes and have completed (i.e. checked out of) within the last 2
years.
Level 1 = Members with no past bookings, or 6 or less nights of qualifying bookings.
Level 2 = Members with 7 to 13 nights of qualifying bookings.
Level 3 = Members with 14 or more nights of qualifying bookings.
Your level will automatically change depending on the number of nights of your qualifying
bookings.
Will my previous bookings count towards my level?
Any booking of a property (other than Forest Holidays properties) that you have made via
Sykes and have completed (i.e. checked out of) within the last 2 years will count towards
your level and you’ll be able to access your Sykes Bloom rewards that
apply to your membership immediately.
Please note: the same Sykes customer account, that’s linked with your
Sykes Bloom membership, must be used to book all of your stays, to ensure
all your booking history is counted.
If you have previously booked under a different name or with a different phone number those
bookings will not count towards your total. We may be able to add them to your account if
we can identify your bookings.
I’m a Sykes Bloom member. Why can’t I see my membership
details on the website?
Sykes Bloom is an app-exclusive rewards scheme and so you need to log in to your Sykes
customer account in the Sykes customer app in order
to see all of your Sykes Bloom information.
To access your Sykes Bloom rewards, simply sign into the app and go to “Account”.
How can I redeem my Sykes Bloom discount?
You can see the Sykes Bloom rewards that you are entitled to in
“Account” in the Sykes customer app.
Your discount can be redeemed against any booking you make in the app,
when logged into your Sykes customer account.
Your discount will be automatically applied at the in-app checkout.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
If you cancel a booking, it won’t count as a qualifying booking as it was not completed,
and so, it won’t count towards your Sykes Bloom level.
You need to have completed your stay in order for it to be a
qualifying booking and count towards your Sykes Bloom level.
Has Sykes Bloom replaced Sykes Rewards?
Yes. Sykes Bloom is the new rewards scheme from Sykes.
All Sykes Rewards members can join Sykes Bloom and enjoy their
Sykes Bloom rewards straightaway.
Can I still use my Sykes Rewards vouchers?
Yes. You can use your Sykes Rewards voucher if it is unused and has not yet expired.
