Retaining two Michelin stars since opening 35 years ago, this restaurant is under the wings of world-famous chef Raymond Blanc. Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons is one of the best vegan restaurants in the UK and a must-visit for foodies.
Set in the Oxfordshire countryside, complete with its own kitchen gardens, the restaurant can provide you with separate vegetarian and vegan dinner tasting menus, as well as lunch menus, never to shy away from a chance to experiment with a variety of flavours. Featured on the current vegan tasting menu, and one of seven courses, is ‘Spiced aubergine, chickpeas, cumin, & baba ganoush’.

Enjoying a wonderful reputation as one of the finest country house hotels in Britain in the idyllic setting of Chagford in Devon, it has menus dedicated to the finest seasonal ingredients. Benefiting from an internationally renowned wine cellar, you can expect excellence from this establishment.
The website shows a vegetarian menu, however, the restaurant will cater for a vegan diet with prior notice. One of their vegan menu dishes comprises ‘Heritage carrots, pickled endive, ironbark pumpkin, and toasted pistachio’, packing a flavourful punch.
