Lovely apartment with all you would require - clean, neat, and tidy.

Beds are really comfortable, shower is superb, heating is very successful. The property is presented very well - thanks to all staff involved. The only drawback (which can't be altered) is the outside stone staircase leading to the apartment - for someone with slight disability problems it can be a difficult climb but not insurmountable! The grounds of The House of Dun has many walks suitable for different abilities. The tour of the House of Dun (free to all who book the accommodation) is very good. Carol - aka The Governess - brought the House to life with her informative and interesting talk.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

The staff at House of Dun were fabulous, all of them, every single one! The cottage was lovely and well equipped. As all the pillows were the same, there wasn’t the possibility to mix and match to be entirely comfortable. They were all quite flat and hard. But that would be our only feedback for potential improvement. We hope to return - thank you.
