"The Granary was as described… comfortable and cosy, because of sloping ceilings and stairs may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility."
The summerhouse, pond and woodland were lovely… The central location of the property meant it was easy to access all corners of Anglesey easily. Hosts Nick snd Helen were excellent.

"A lovely place to stay"

"The granary is the upstairs accommodation, all on one floor, kitchen, dining/sitting room, bathroom, twin bedroom and double bedroom."
As the accommodation is in the attic there are low beams and the slope of the roof so be aware that a bumped head is always a possibility. It didn't bother us at all, it all adds to the quaintness of the property. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Helen the owner had left a welcome pack in the kitchen with tea bags, coffee, biscuits etc. There was a folder on the dining table with loads of information on the island, good beaches, local amenities and places to visit. All the rubbish is segregated for disposal or recycling hence there are 3 bins in the kitchen for the different types of refuse. Each property has it's own parking bay and we noticed that there was at least one EV charging point. The property is a little remote, very dark and quiet on a night but that suits us just fine. We can certainly recommend the granary to anyone who likes to get away from the busier areas of Anglesey.

The gardens were lovely and the ducks were an added bonus!.We had a lovely restful stay would recommend to anyone. Thank you

"Really lovely property, and excellent hosts."
We knew there was a height restriction due to the eaves, and this did take some getting used to! The only possible improvement would have been to include some vegan treats in the welcome pack. Otherwise brilliant! Would totally recommend.
-
"Super place - worked perfectly for walking the Anglesey coastal path."
Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Helen and Rick were outstanding with several thoughtful touches and great warmth. Would definitely recommend!

"First time staying on Anglesey and now wondering why its taken so long to discover this beautiful place."
Made to feel very welcome on arrival and the very friendly owners were very helpful in sharing local knowledge. Beautiful grounds, lovely accomodation. Never more than a few minutes from a lovely beach. Really cant praise the owners enough. lovely wildlife, saw dolphins off South stack, what a treat. Nothing but positive experiences all week. Will return without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Sarah and Mat. Staffordshire Moorlands.

"This cottage flat had everything you needed home from home and the hosts Helen and Rick were so friendly and helpful, thankful for the free home grown tomatoes and cucumber."
(Thanks to Helen my Grand-daughter now enjoys eating tomatoes) My Grand-daughter was impressed with the ducks and freedom of the grounds which included an Orchard and Summer house with books, boules and binoculars and there were also hammocks to use.

"Had a wonderful stay at The Granary."
The cottage is in a brilliant location to visit the surrounding coastline. The property benefits from the use of an electric vehicle charger. The cottage had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the owners were the perfect hosts. Would highly recommend.
-
"Wonderful hosts who were very welcoming and friendly and such a lovely piece of heaven."
Cottage was small, but clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only problem were the ceiling beams which were low so could be a problem if you are tall. Ideal area for our week away. Would highly recommend this property.

Meeting Rick and Helen the owners , felt like visiting old friends as they made us feel so welcome. The accommodation was fantastic in every way and we would not hesitate to return, would highly recommend. Only negative is , that after eating there home grown tomatoes, I can’t bring myself to buy them from the supermarket anymore!!!! Simply delicious. Huge thanks again

"We had a lovely holiday at the Granary."
It had everything we needed to give us a good holiday on Anglesey. One of my main reasons for choosing it was the provision of electric charging for my car. This worked very well. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the owners Helen and Rick were very friendly and helpful. In a lovely location for a quiet holiday, with Snowdon only a short drive away.

"We have just returned from a lovely week at The Granary, on arrival we were met by the owners Helen and Rich, a lovely couple who made us very welcome and were never too busy to have a chat and suggest places of interest to visit."
The first apartment is excellent, very clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a lovely garden with two ponds to walk around and the use of a summerhouse with comfy seating and tables. The house is situated in a beautiful rural setting central to the island which makes it an ideal place to stay as there is so much to explore on the island. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again for next year.

"Lovely weekend break at The Granary."
Everything you could possibly need is in the cottage and it’s all spotlessly clean. Helen and Rick welcomed us so warmly and were accessible should you have needed anything. Great little stay, can’t wait to return

"Our motor racing weekend at the Anglesey track was cancelled and we'd not taken any insurance out in case it was, so rather then lose our money we came here - and had an unforgettable and astonishing weekend break."
Superb accommodation, delightful managed rural setting, magnificent host/entrepreneur in Helen and very affordable places to eat out locally. Anglesey itself offers the tourist so much and Deri Fawr was an ideal place to stay.
