Orme View is a delightful bungalow resting on a quiet cul de sac in the village of Dwygyfylchi.With disability-friendly accommodation ideal for those with mobility issues, this amazing abode boasts tremendous sea views towards the Great Orme.

You can be on the beach in five minutes, and the local footpaths can take you up into the hills with spectacular views towards Puffin Island and Anglesey.

The village is just off the main A55, giving quick and easy access to all of the attractions of North Wales.

Park up on the drive and enter the property via the wheelchair ramp, and discover a light and airy open-plan living space, thoughtfully laid out with accessibility in mind.

It has level access and wide doorways throughout, plus a spacious wetroom style shower room with handrails.

There is a contemporary kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge and washer-dryer which is part of an open plan dining / living space with sofa, chairs and a smart TV.

Double glass doors lead out onto a glass balcony area which leads round via a ramp to a larger patio / seating area at the side of the property.

You can sit and enjoy the stunning backdrop for your stay; views out across the ocean, framed by mountains behind the property, and the Great Orme.

The generous garden is mainly laid to lawn and is private and enclosed.

The property has three bedrooms, a king-size, a twin and a single.Dwygyfylchi offers a shop and two pubs within walking distance, with larger shops and takeaways in Penmaenmawr, a 5 minute drive away.

More amenities can be found in Llandudno, with its extensive shops, pier and promenade.There are plenty of eateries for a meal out, as well as walks up the Great Orme, also accessible via the Summit Cable Car Station. The property is within reach of Conwy with its impressive castle and RSPB nature reserve, as well as the beautiful Isle of Anglesey and the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

Nestled on the North Wales coast between Llanfairfechan and Conwy, Penmaenmawr is an old quarrying town now adapted into a delightful community stretching along this stunning coastline, yet retaining much of its Victorian architecture, with many local pubs, restaurants and shops, a superb golf course and golden, sandy beaches. Set on the side of the Tal-Y-Fan mountain, many parts of Penmaenmawr and its sister village Dwygyfylchi enjoy stunning views across Conwy Bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island, Anglesey and the Irish Sea, and if you are lucky, dolphins and seals can sometimes been see playing in the bay. A recently opened cycle path leads along the coastal path to Conwy Marina to the East, and Llanfairfechan to the west. Or, head up the Conwy valley through the Sychnant Pass on to the mountain trails that abound there. The sailing club in Penmaenmawr is well established and welcomes day guests, as does the 9 hole golf course, set amongst stunning coastal scenery on the lower slopes of the village. On the promenade you will find numerous activities such as a skate park, a children's paddling pool as well as a beach cafe which is open most of the year. There are also beach huts on the promemade that you can hire by the day. Also near to the beach is a bowling green and all weather tennis courts.
