    Beautiful area. Ideal location for dogs and the secure garden was perfect. Nice welcome pack both for humans and dogs. Would recommend to friends with or without dogs. Would definitely stay again.

  • "Absolutely stunning property - lots of lovely personal touches like dog treats and extra towels, cleaning pack, fresh flowers, dressing gowns and a chilled bottle of Prosecco!"

    The whole house was spotless and linen/towels were excellent quality. It’s perfectly situated for accessing local beaches by foot (closest was about 30-40 mins walk) and by car (most car parks National Trust). Lots of car parking space on site as well as an area to let dogs out first/last thing. We booked last minute but would definitely plan to visit again! Thank you for a relaxing break.

  • "The barn is absolutly stunning."

    Everything so well thought of. The owner was so lovely when contacted me before to ask if we needed anything for my little girl, couldn’t have been more helpful. We already can’t wait to book and come back. The grounds the barns are in are beautiful lots of open spaces that are for you to use the little bbq stations are perfect. It is great location. Thank you.

  • "Carines Barn - Pol was immaculate and we really enjoyed our stay; the welcome pack was great."

    We loved the comfort of the barn although it was a little difficult having to contact the managment company to adjust the heating up or down and we didn't always have quite enough hot water. The enclosed garden was brilliant to let the dogs out quickly morning and night and there was plenty of parking space. A tractor was being used in the nearby field whilst we were there which did make things a little muddy when using the access road to the barn. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend.

    We are so glad you found Pol immaculate and had a great stay. The heating system is brand new and some up to date instructions have been added to the Guest Information Folder so you can adjust the temperature yourself. Ordinarily you should have had endless hot water as it is on 24 hours and is constantly fed from an endless supply of hot water from the Biomass storage tank. I have contacted my plumber to review as this should not happen. I am sure you enjoyed seeing the daffodils in full bloom surrounding Carines Farm. Carines Barns is surrounded by actively managed and worked farms but access to the fields is distinct and separate to Carines Barns. To the extent that tractors cross the Carines driveway, they should only at the very top area. The agreement is at the end each day they scrape the top driveway to remove all mud. We are so glad that you would recommend Pol and we hope you will come back again soon. Property Owner
