  • "Really happy we chose this accommodation and we'll definitely return in the future."

Great site close to the main town and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay but it was over too soon. Would have loved to stayed longer. The caravan was really modern with everything you need provided and to say it's pet friendly there was absolutely no evidence of animals being there before us it was absolutely spotless. Will definitely recommend this place without question.

Than you for your lovely feedback Property Owner

Bev the owner made us feel very welcome with a welcome pack of scones jam and clotted cream which was very much appreciated. Everything about the accommodation was top notch, comfort, all you needed to make it a superb stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in Newquay.

  • "This is one of the nicest caravans we have stayed in."

The balcony/terrace bit doesn't look out onto much but is so nice to be able to swing the doors open and let the fresh air in . Even the dog was catered for with a dog bed and food bowls etc. The double bedroom is so much bigger than a normal caravan bedroom, the kids were very jealous! The entertainment was fun- typical site entertainment like bingo, singers and lots of games and the outdoor pool is heated which is fab. Even I went in it was that nice and warm. The entertainment and pool passes cost us £119 for four of us for a week. The site is on a hill so be prepared to walk back up at the end of the night but it’s only a 5min walk so pretty quick even with the kids in tow.

  • "Couldn't recommend more highly."

The caravan was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Bev was absolutely lovely, kept us updated. We are so pleased with our stay. It was so clean and tidy. It felt like a home away from home and we spent quite a bit of time in the caravan. It is wonderful for families with small children. Thank you Bev, for an incredible stay, we highly recommend you to friends and family.

Thank you so much Property Owner

The caravan was beautiful, a real home from home with everything available that you could possibly need. The owner was lovely I had an issue with one of my dogs being ill and contacted her and she sorted immediately. Would recommend 100% and we'll be back next year.

  • "205 The Meadows is an excellent caravan."

We have stayed in many caravans and this is the best so far. Very modern and clean. Everything you need (apart from an airer in case you wash any clothes). The main bed was extremely comfy which was a massive bonus as I am 7 months pregnant and was worried about not sleeping well but I slept very well. The location of the caravan was nice and quiet but not too good if you struggle walking as you have to walk up and down quite a steep hill to the pool and entertainment complex. The milk, crisps, scones, jam and tea/coffee was a lovely gesture too on arrival. Very pleased and would recommend/book again.

Thank you, i must remember to get an airer Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful week at the meadows!"

Such a lovely place with everything you'd need close by. Welcomed by clotted cream and scones and milk in the fridge was a perfect start to our holiday. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils you'd need to cook. The dog bed and treats were a welcomed addition and the boys loved it. You totally need to get a guest book so everyone can sign it :) Only thing I would say is, it would be handy if there was a hoover to get up any sand on the carpet. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Emily for your feedback, stick hoover bought Property Owner

  • "Myself, my husband and our 16 month old baby boy recently spent a week holidaying at 205 The Meadows caravan at Newquay Holiday Park, which we booked through Sykes Cottages."

The caravan was lovely and modern, newly refurbished, very clean, well equipped in all rooms, spacious and fantastically child friendly, which was perfect for our little boy. We had no concerns with regards to safety when he was running around and exploring as everything was ground level and secure. The owner of the caravan also kindly provided us with a travel cot and high chair (at no extra cost), which was extremely helpful. It also had a spacious closed in veranda at the front of the caravan, complete with table and chairs, which was perfect for sitting out in the evenings and chilling. Newquay Holiday Park provided great evening entertainment, especially for the children and the food places on site were great too! The grounds also had a brilliant swimming pool, kids entertainment, play park and soft play area. There was something for everyone. We also were really close by to many of the local beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend 205 The Meadows for a great break away and we would certainly consider re-visiting as we had the best time!
