  • "Lovely home, superb location."

Thank you for assisting us so quickly on our door entry challenge night one and fixing the hot water. Probably both were American 'User errors' on our part but it was wonderful you were so accessible to help us.

  • "Lovely apartment with very comfortable beds, great space to spend time with friends & family."

Private parking right outside the door, friendly shops and pubs all within a few minutes walk.

  • "Already provided directly to Property owner."

Good location, 10 mins walk from the beach front. Recommend the Marine Hotel for Sunday lunch. Ballycastle has a range of local shops including 2 butchers & a bakery/cafe. The pubs we visited were good for drinks & occasional live music. Seabreeze was ideal for family and/or friends. Feels recently renovated with nicely fitted kitchen & ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms with electric showers. Personally we think the fridge was on the small side, which was 2 couples but this is a minor issue. Good easy parking was appreciated. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful Causeway coast. We really enjoyed our stat here.

  • "Great location close to beach, shops, restaurants and Rathlin Island ferry."

Lovely views from the living room and despite the busy road we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. For the two of us we had plenty of room in a comfortable and clean apartment. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. However, the property description promised a “ fridge/freezer” when in actually fact it is a small fridge with freezer compartment, which for a property sleeping 6 was inadequate and misleading. There was also a strange smell of oil which seemed to occur when the boiler was firing up. None less would recommend and stay again.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Ballycastle."

All the rooms are really generous size, with decent bathrooms ensuite and really spotless. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Everything that was needed to make the perfect holiday stay was there. We were so impressed with the apartment we booked again for next year. We did have some problem with the locking mechanism which was sorted fairly quickly, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay and Ballycastle is a great place.

  • "The apartment was excellent, it was well equipped and very comfortable."

All three bedrooms and en-suites were a good size with plenty of room and hot water for the family. The location was ideal for touring around the coast and driving to Belfast, plenty of places to eat and local shops for provisions. Thank you _ a great holiday.

  • "Seabreeze was the ideal accommodation for a holiday in Ballycastle."

Beautifully bright and comfortable with all we needed for a wonderful week. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were perfect as was the open plan kitchen/living room with huge windows and balcony. Great parking and access to town. The kitchen was very well kitted out with a practical island and seating. We spent lots of time visiting the beautiful North Antrim Coast and were blessed with sunny days. The added touch of a lovely useful welcome basket was a treat. Thank you. We absolutely loved Seabreeze and hope to be back again.

  • "We unknowingly booked Sea Breeze during the 4 day Lammas Fair."

We were informed only 3 days prior to arrival that it was happening and that road outside the property was to be closed Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 10pm and that we wouldn’t be able to move our car during these times. We were not informed that there would be a funfair in the park opposite playing loud, blaring music till 11pm over the 4 days. It was unbearable. My young daughter couldn’t sleep and we felt trapped. The freezer door was broken on arrival. I informed the owners but it wasn’t repaired whilst we were there. The sash windows didn’t lock properly so it was impossible to keep the noise of the fairground out. There was a strange, musty smell on the stairs. I often kept the front door open to air the area. The shower in the front room was stuck on hot - the thermostat wasn’t working. I managed to find alternative accommodation away from Ballycastle for 2 nights so my daughter could get some sleep but neither the owner nor Sykes were willing, as a act of goodwill, to reimburse me the extra expense. Will not be using again.

  • "One of the loveliest places we've stayed!"

Relaxing space, awesome comfy beds and a bathroom each! Such decadence! Ireland was amazing and then we got to come back to this apartment every day...and a balcony...and usb power sockets...and le Creuset mugs...and that kitchen island...and the shutters...seriously, people talk about their happy place, this was ours

  • "If you are thinking of visiting Northern Ireland, I can highly recommend Sea Breeze, Ballycastle as a place to stay."

Our family of 5 had a great time in Antrim and Sea Breeze had a lot to do with that. Firstly it is in a great location, a short walk either left or right will bring you to the seafront or to the town. There are lots of great pubs and places to eat. The house itself was spotless and so comfortable for our family of 5. We had everything we needed, the WiFi worked well, a must for the teenagers. The washer and dryer are great to have on hand. Bedrooms and beds were really comfortable, the en suites lovely. We used the kitchen to cook on some evenings and it had all the utensils required. If you get the sun, just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is so much to see and do in Antrim and this is a great base. Honestly I cannot fault it.
