A great apartment with everything one would need for a wonderful get away from it all holiday.

Lovely modern clean appartment in a very central location withing walking distance to shops, bakery and pub/restraunt.

We had a problem with our original booking with Shamrock cottages and they were very unhelpful in relocating us, we called Sykes and was sorted with a fantastic property within 15 minutes also we were greeted by the owner Eamon who was very helpful with the local knowledge making sure we made the most of the fantastic areas around Donegal.

The apartment is in a good location it’s a good base for sightseeing, there’s beautiful scenery and fantastic beaches nearby. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and it was very clean spacious. We were very happy that we used Hogan Cottages to book our holiday break in Donegal.

Needs to update the local amenities nearest bar not open all week next closets pub doesn't serve food during the week only on weekends

We enjoyed our welcome pack of buns and scones and the beds were very comfortable.

The hosts and their family made us feel very welcome. Great location for day trips, restaurants and takeaways.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and provisions were provided on our arrival which was a nice touch.

It is in a great location and a great base to explore the beauty of Donegal. Shops, bars and places to eat were close by. Really enjoyed our say. Will be back.

Great hosts and location

Apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very close to some beautiful sandy beaches. Perfect location for walkers. Shops and pubs within walking distance. Ideal location to explore County Donegal- it’s breathtakingly beautiful. A day out in Northern Ireland is possible too - visiting the Giant’s Causeway and the lovely coastline.

The apartment suited us to a tee.

Excellent base for exploring Donegal for the first time. Shops and bars are a short walk from the property. Eamonn and Michelle are very welcoming and friendly owners, who were very helpful in letting us know about places of interest to visit and good restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend this property and its location. Port Arthur Beach only a very short drive from Derrybeg is a little gem.

The accomodation is ideally located, great facilities and fantastic hosts.

The apartment was perfect, had everything you could need.

Walking distance to the shop, pub Resturant etc. We really enjoyed the apartment with no steps just a walk way up to it. Can’t recommend enough. 10/10

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable and in a beautiful location with what must be some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

All the people we met were extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help and the local bars served very tasty food and a fantastic pint of Guinness, all in all a brilliant holiday in a fantastic place.

A comfortable, warm, spacious apartment in a peaceful location.

High spec fixtures and furnishings added to the comfort. The flat is located back from the road within walking distance of two good supermarkets. Beaches within a short drive and tidal inlets nearby for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Situated within an hour or less drive to several country parks, stately homes etc, lots to do. Good value for money and helpful informative hosts on site. So relaxing.

Eamonn and Michelle were wonderful hosts and went way beyond what was expected when our car broke down.

Thank you very much for all your help. The apartment was lovely and really comfortable.. Had a wonderful time in Derrybeg, fantastic beaches, really good food everwhere we went and had a great time in the pubs, especially Michi's. Hope to return soon but next time will fly to Belfast and hire a car

Absolutely fantastic apartment, wonderful hosts and an amazingly beautiful location.

2nd bedroom needs draw storage space, sofas need cushions, mattresses in smaller bedroom could do with being harder as very soft, apart from these small items, a nice stay

Everything was perfect apart from the weather which could have been better but we managed to do stuff all the time.

Eamon is a superb host with great recommendations for local sights, beaches, eateries etc.

He's very helpful & it was reassuring to know he is nearby if anything was needed. Lovely apartment. Excellent location for touring all of Donegal.
