What guests are saying
A warm, clean, comfortable house in a good position to access the Auckland Project visitor attractions and Durham.
Very helpful owner/manager who was quick to help when we were having trouble with the door lock. The back gate was difficult to open and the yard needs cheering up. Being elderly we found the position of the television very inconvenient. Although the parking sounded awkward being a little away from the property, there was the option of using the public pay carpark immediately opposite the house which was very cheap. Would go again .
We had an excellent stay but do feel that there should be a warning re the steepness of the stairs and a better shower.
Otherwise great with comfortable beds and enough cutlery and china for our needs. Cheers!
A very clean, comfortable little house in a fascinating place.
There was just a bit of a lack of some kitchen equipment.
