This property was a disgrace , the photos on the website are not up to date and are totally misleading.
There is building work happening and parts of the property are not finished,outside area is a building site with nails ,screws etc lying in driveway and paths at side of cottage .we had a dog with us which we could not let out as garden is so unsafe ,unsecured and unkempt It would be totally unsuitable at present for a family with young children The roof in conservatory has been replaced but there are gaps at the ceiling There was no information pack on how to use heating or other facilities and we eventually found the Wi-Fi info on a scrap of paper lying on the mantle piece . We should have been informed of the work being done and the lack of safety of outside area as we definitely would have not made the journey to stay there ! We were very disappointed with the whole experience and definitely will not be back . It’s good to update a property but don’t let people stay and pay their money while this is not completed! An absolute disgrace !
Great location property needs a bit of attention but would gladly return
There was no information folder regarding how to put the heating on or if we needed a doctor.
The conservatory had 6 blown windows and 3 cracked, to pick up the keys was poor and had trouble getting hold of anybody by phone. It was not child friendly as the jetty was rotten and dangerous
