  • "We had a very nice stay in Sheperds walk."

To unlock the frontdoor was difficult ( we even sent Jana a message) When we went out for dinner on arrival day it was almost impossible to lock the door. Only with 'force' we locked it. Next morning we discovered a spraycan WD in the hall toilet. We sprayed the lock and it went smooth again. No further problems with the lock whole week.

  • "The cottage was very clean it was light and airy A couple of things need attention : The lock on the door was hard to open it was a fight to open/close it ."

No plug in kitchen sink and no tea towels(these are basic) The bed was uncomfortable so was the lounge suite The owners have to remember it may be a holiday but you need to be comfortable We went home with backache. apart from this it was a great spot to holiday and see Wexford .Our dogs had a ball Susanne

Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear that you found the mattresses uncomfortable, unfortunately mattresses can be a very personal preference, and we would love to get it right for every guest and in this instance we did not. If you had contacted us over the issues with the lock and the sink, we could have sent some one round to rectify them for you, we will check on the lock and can confirm we have a basin for the sink and a spare plug can be found under the sink. Apologies but tea towels are not provided, Sykes do always recommend you bring your own. Property Owner
