"On entering the flat it smelt musty so much so we bought an air freshener both wardrobes were very musty and we did not use them."
The garage door is broken and this compromises the building security. The hall and stairs are musty as well it looks as though the building needs some maintenance. Location is good and the flat was clean and well equipped.

"The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable."
It has the most amazing view from the balcony. On first entering it smelled a bit damp and the outside is not great - needs a bit of tlc. Having said that, we would definitely book the apartment again as it’s in such a great spot and having parking (albeit a tight space) is a real bonus. It would have been nice to have some tea, coffee etc provided and a few more mugs! We have stayed in Lyme a number of times and would say overall this is the best accommodation we have had for the money.

"Lovely clean well equipped apartment in perfect location."
I thought would be noisy but not at all. Kitchen looked never used and was really well equipped beds liveky too. Despite cebtral location was nice and quiet at night. Couple of things... The TV in bedroom doesn't work at all as there is no aerial. The TV in main room only has bbc channels. Bit frustrating especially when weather wasn't too great. I would suggest getting both of these fixed. Parking was scarily tight on arrival. Great precomms from you was easy to collect keys and great directions.

"We had a lovely stay at 3 bay court."
It was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay, lovely views overlooking the sea and close to beach and all amenities and parking was a bonus. Would recommend it and stay there again.

"Overall a very enjoyable stay."
The sea view is fantastic. Location couldn't be better. Parking is included (a big bonus)- though manoeuvring can be tight if it's full but it's fine. A couple of issues were fixed very quickly by the hosts. The decor of the flat is ok. There are some marks on the internal doors which are showing their age, but with a sea view such as this you won't be worrying about that. There is a TV in the master bedroom but no aerial connection. (in fairness I don't think this was a listed feature). Highly recommended! We stayed as a family of four; 2 adults, 2 young children.

"Excellent location and very useful garage."
But the shower needed a non slip mat as the base was dangerously slippery; the single bed mattress was very uncomfortable with the springs sticking through; the TV was incredibly difficult to work (and we are not technophobes) and we could not access the normal BBC and ITV channels, so a guide would have been useful; a small sharp kitchen knife would have been helpful; and there was no welcome pack or washing up liquid which although not obligatory would have been a nice gesture as the many other properties we have stayed at have usually provided.
Thank you for your feedback. Following this, there is now a non-slip mat in the shower. Of course, everyone has their own preference when it comes to mattresses but we have had one of our team down to the property to check and we have been assured that it is in good condition. I do apologise that you had trouble with the TV. I can only think that the signal was poor while you were in the property as it is up and running well now. We have also made sure that washing up liquid is well stocked in the property and an inventory in the kitchen has taken place. Thank you once again for your comments and we hope to welcome you back to Dorset again. Property Owner
