"A stunning property that is finished beautifully."
The facilities were wonderful and the stay we had was perfect. The only thing I’d mention is that, as a large group who were self catering, we never quite worked out the best settings for the ovens, so they were very slow (maybe add quick tips/hints to the master book?) and we could have used a mop/bucket. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we are hoping to re-book again for another get-away.

"A perfect place to celebrate a big birthday with family and friends."
The house was clean, spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The owner Claire was incredibly friendly and helpful when I called her with a couple of questions the first night. Enjoying the jacuzzi and swim pool with snow all around was the cherry on top of a brilliant weekend.

"We’ve just had the most wonderful stay at Huxham View and Annex - thank you to the owners for making it a ‘home from home’ experience."
The space is amazing and despite it being October we were able to use the jacuzzi and swim pool easily as they have a roof! A few of the pans in the kitchen could do with an upgrade and we’d have liked some instructions on how to use the ovens and tumble dryer (trial and error and googling takes time) but they are minor in terms of the quality of the whole experience!

"Fantastic house, super location and ideal for our family get together."
The house has all you need and Claire was very responsive with the couple of questions we had. Would not hesitate to return.

"I would like to make a complaint as i had stayed with family and friends."
The stay was good but before entered the house there were damages to the property before our arrival. We had trusted that the owner will know the damages that were there. After our stay i had been contacted that we had chipped tables, took their mop and bucket when there were none at the property. Also damaging their duvet when it is a simple wash. I do not recommend this property as we are being accused of things we had not done. Please stay away!!

"The property wasn't very clean, floors all sticky and hadn't been washed, also didn't smell clean smelt of animals."
The other point is the builders next door had a bonfire and smoked us out so had too shut all windows and doors which is not ideal on a hot day.

"Wished the check out time was a bit later, perhaps for 12 noon."
The rush of having to get a large crowd out by 10am was not easy. It was a great stay-cation

"We have just returned from Huxham view."
Three families total of 14. We had an amazing week, the house is absolutely amazing. The house was spotlessly clean, and so well equipped especially the kitchen. Couldn’t have picked a nicer house to have enjoyed time altogether. A prefect house for our holiday inside and out.

"Huxham View and Annexe was one of the best properties I have rented for a holiday."
It was truly breathtaking, outstanding, very spacious for my sons special 30th birthday party. The facilities were wonderful, we loved our movie nights with surround sound, the pool table and game machine. Not to mention the gym facilities. It was so clean and we want to say a special thank you to the owners for the lovely Easter egg goodies, this was a very nice touch on arrival. The hot tub was so relaxing with beautiful views around the whole of the property. My family were so surprised when entering the Annexe which was so big, relaxing and the sights from the huge window was jaw dropping. A lovely property with majestic views and facilities. We will definitely book again, thank you. Michele
