  • "The house is in a fantastic location with just a short walk to Tunnels beach, the shops and harbour."

The house is spacious and all bedrooms have an en suite bath or shower. The house is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. I would highly recommend and would definitely return.

  • "A great place for a large group holiday with more than enough communal space so that we didn't get on top of each other."

  • "Great location and plenty of room."

Everything is a bit tired though. Slight smell of damp/old smoke in basement floor, kitchen equipment all mismatched and quite a bit too shabby to be comfortable using. Noisy pipework for room 1 toilet. Games equipment tatty and unreliable. Dangerous trip hazard in kitchen and unsafe grating at the end of the front parking spot. Curtains old and threadbare and don't keep the light out. Having said all that, we had a great time. Please take these as suggestions not complaints.

  • "In a good location with adequate parking."

Property light & warm, but rather tired & out of date by modern standards: some items eg radiators, gas cooker, dishwasher, not fully functioning.

  • "Perfect for our family Christmas."

Drying room well used and much appreciated as exceptionally wet week. Selection of large pans and oven trays were also appreciated, perfect for cooking for our hungry family. We certainly needed both ovens and the warming oven was a bonus. Plenty of storage and chilling space. House was well heated and hot water plentiful. Thank you for the decorations, crackers and laid table for our first evening.

  • "Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cottage."

There were 20 of us who came from London. The vast space of the property, cleanliness, abundant bathrooms and proximity to many interesting locations made it a very good accommodation indeed. There was a superb place to view the sunset only 2 minutes' drive. We will definitely come back again and recommend others to stay here.
