"Delightful, peaceful setting with direct access to the pool and tennis court, both of which we used a lot as it was quiet."
Electric charge point was so helpful. Bed linen was the best. Lovely basket of welcome goodies and the shampoo and conditioner was gorgeous! The gardens were stunningly beautiful. Walks from the door were also stunning. Fingals is a special place, one on its own, and was just the little oasis we had craved for.

Settled near the village of Dittisham, Devon, close to the River Dart, The Barn is a simply stunning holiday home with time-warn rugs, green oak trusses and an outdoor sitting area, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Upon entering the property, you will travel to the first floor to find the beautiful open-plan living area, where tall ceilings are punctuated by wooden roof beams, wooden walls and flooring to create a traditional countryside feel alongside floor-to-ceiling windows which draw in seas of light, making the quaint sitting area the ideal spot to enjoy a good book.
The kitchen is fitted with ample amenities to cater to your culinary needs, and there is a central dining table enjoying woodland views.

Dittisham is a picturesque village surrounded by rolling countryside, located on the banks of the River Dart in the South Hams. Wander along the quiet streets lined with quaint, stone cottages and lush gardens, until you reach the waterfront. Dittisham’s quayside is often regarded as the hub of village activity. Stop at the Anchorstone Café for a spot of lunch while taking in the fantastic river views. Try your hand at some crabbing with the kids on the dinghy pontoon. Visit the iconic pink Ferry Boat Inn (or FBI as it is known locally). Ring the bell for the ferry and head across the Dart to Greenway, the once holiday home of the renowned Agatha
Christie. For outdoor activities, there are sailing schools and boat hire also paddle board and canoe hire, as well as plenty of
scenic walks. The harbour town of Dartmouth is just a short drive away or ferry away, and offers an array of shops, a cinema, plenty of restaurants and even a castle.
