"A lovely spacious bungalow with tremendous views."
It has large kitchen /diner which is well fitted together with a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. We were surprised that no shower mat was provided as the shower floor was very slippy. We had a very relaxing week and will definitely be recommending the bungalow and the Park to our friends.

"We enjoyed our stay."
Bungalow is big enough for at least another toilet. Ironing board in kitchen cupboard not suitable for use so purchased ironing board left in utility room plus an airer as no where to hang laundry. Pool was amazing would have been nice if open a bit later than 5pm on nice days would have loved a swim after a long day out. Itinerary list in cupboards not up to date we didn’t break anything they weren’t there. Filter in fridge for water not changed label in fridge says since 2018 ? One thing not sure of all the Welsh things in Bungalow I was in Devon not Wales !

"The house was really lovely."
Underfloor heating was efficient and didn't need central heating on. Kitchen is a great space with the most amazing views from the windows. The hot tub was well maintained. Location is good to go to a lot of places such as Exmouth, Sidmouth, Torquay, Teignmouth and Clovelly. Some amazing forrests and country parks near by.

"Perfect peaceful stay, clean, well equipped and very helpful friendly staff on site."

"The Bungalow was so well equipped with everything you could need and more."
The quality of the appliances was absolutely top rate. The Bungalow and outside space was spacious and the hot tub was an added welcoming bonus. The whole accommodation was spotless. It is in a great location central for everywhere we wanted to visit. Set on a quiet small mobile home site looked after by Claire and Oggie so friendly and helpful. We were two friends holidaying with our two dogs who had a wonderful time. Would give it 200% if we could

"What a lovely bungalow it was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, we enjoyed our stay so much we used the pool and the hot tub everyday which we loved and it was a brilliant base to travel around Devon, we will definitely be back."
Thank you Claire and Oggy for keeping everything running and looking good.

"Absolutely fantastic bungalow with everything catered for."
We used the private hot tub every day and the site swimming pool is a massive bonus. Well situated for days out within 30mins of the property. Back garden area is a lovely sun trap and very sheltered. Only slight criticism is the garden furniture.... it's a bit worn and probably needs replacing. All in all it is somewhere i highly recommend 9.5/10

"Bungalow was beautiful accommodating every one, very clean and tidy and friendly people."
Only criticism is beds where unsteady (thought they were going to collapse). Had a wonderful holiday will definitely be going again.

"We started off by having a fab 2 days, then my child came out in spots all over there body, I had to rush my youngest child of 6 to a chemist as she was in pain with itching, then the other children started to developing spots."
The pharmacist and myself (a nurse) clarified it was Hot tub folliculitis is a bacterial skin infection that a person develops from using a poorly maintained hot tub. It was a terrible infection, I spoke to the people who work in reception and they stated this can happen, as my kids must of been dirty when entering the hot tub and made the hot tub this way, I was in shock, this was only the second day, and my children were not dirty when using the hot tub. Reception stated they checked the hot tub everyday, but they didn’t as the chlorine pot was always left out where I had left it, if it was checked the ph levels would of been taken and noted in a dangerous place for my children to enter!! This was a terrible holiday. When returned home, I took my son and daughter to the doctors, the other 2 children’s rash had faded at this point, and the doctor also stated it’s the hot tub rash, from poor maintenance, so antibiotics was given to them, it took nearly 2 weeks for this to go. Overall a bad experience, clearly down to the hot tub not being maintained correctly and all pipes being cleaned throughout, as a result my children suffering!!

"Lovely house and so nice to come back to at the end of the day and the hot tub was appreciated after a day of walking."
Site is immaculately kept with a nice pool and games room. For us the only small negatives were that all the beds were bedsteads, not easy to sleep on if over 6ft and that as a house sleeping 6 it would be good if one room was a twin (although obviously advertised as 3 doubles). Would definitely recommend
