  • "The Lodge is clean and comfortable with well proportioned bedrooms."

The local road is narrow but with plenty of passing places. I had dinner at the pub, 20 yards away, and it was excellent, with very friendly staff. Overall a very good week.

Thank you for your lovely feedback and comments Yvonne. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again sometime. Property Owner

  • "Twin bedroom - needs drawers and bedside table."

Bathroom - toilet roll holder broken. Sunken floor adj bath, ? leak. Spare handtowel for bathroom use and bath mat would be useful. Double bedroom - perhaps chest of drawers. Kitchen - washing m/c had been left closed and thus smelt. Dispenser drawer front on it was broken. Cannot open fridge properly due to location. Cooker temp and oven settings had worn off the fascia, thus guesswork. Couldn't find power for the cooker hood. Toaster too small and limited control. Fridge didn't seem that cold despite running on max setting. Lounge - blue sofa uncomfortable as seat cushions collapsed. General - no cleaning products, no bin liners or spares, minimal washing up liquid and loo rolls. No instructions for anything. No basic welcome goods, e.g. milk. No hoover. Other people's dog poo not cleared up outside and in the pub car park. Water bowl in the garden needed a good scrub. Garden area needs an overhaul.

Thank you for your thorough feedback John it really is appreciated. We are dedicated to making our guest's visits as comfortable and pleasant as they can possibly be so we will certainly address the points that you have made. We are always on-site and will happily provide anything you need to make your stay just as you want it. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely time staying at The Lodge at The Cridford Inn."

The cottage is a good size, for a family of 4 plus a dog, and we found it to be clean and comfortable. It's a bit off the beaten track, and you have to navigate some narrow single lane roads, but this is pretty standard across Devon. We found it to be a great location to explore the area and made use of the lovely beaches whilst enjoyjng this amazing weather. We would definitely recommend.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to see you again in the future. Property Owner
