    "Good central location."

    Spacious apartment, Kitchen good facilities. Hall light not working, cleanliness needs improving inside and out, found old deodorant in spare room and chest of drawers thick with dust at the bottom, chipped and paint marked tiles in the bathroom and scratched toilet seat. A bit of a stretch to advertise garden space. As to enter garden you have to step over broken guttering fixings, absolutely covered in Seagull poo (difficult I know to control), old bike, scrap wheel, bins with bags of bagged dog poo chucked by them! quite off putting.

Your comments regarding the hall light, overlooked items, and general cleanliness have been passed to both our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and these areas are now being reviewed and addressed as a priority. With regard to the outdoor space, we do appreciate how disappointing that must have been. Exterior improvement works had just been completed prior to your arrival, and during the course of that work, a number of items were uncovered that required disposal. While this is no excuse, the intention had been to clear the area fully before your stay, and we regret that this was not completed in time. We are ensuring that the space is now properly cleared and maintained moving forward.
